Cristina took wonderful care of my 4-month-old kitten for a week while my family and I were out of town. She communicated well, responded promptly, and sent us pictures every day. It was clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with my kitten and took great care of her. Cristina followed all of my instructions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Amazing communication let’s start with that! Naomi has been great with communicating with us via the app and giving us updates while she’s spending time with our new puppy cali! She gives us tips and tricks on training cali and answers any questions we may have since we are new dog owners. Naomi is great and we’ll definitely be booking her again!
Cristian and Anderson have been great! We recently moved nearby, and our dog can be reactive with anyone she doesn't know (a rescue dog), and she takes some meet and greets to get comfortable with new folks. Both Cristian and Anderson made time to meet with us, and after another greeting, our dog became very excited and happy to see them! Since then, they have helped us with taking Nyla out for walks when we are at work. They are prompt, send pictures of their walk, and provide a report card of how the walk went. They have been reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them, and we will definitely continue booking them!
Paula was responsive and responsible during the booking and meeting process. I have a 12 week old poodle. He has lots of unbridled puppy energy. he is really just learning how to walk on a leash..
