I have two older dogs of my own who I love deeply, and caring for them has taught me how to be patience and how to support pups at every stage. About: Growing up, I have always looked after dogs of close friends and family, and have studied nutrition and health, which led me to work at a pet hotel for about a year with almost every dog breed. My responsibilities included prepping food, cleaning, 1 on 1 play, and group play. I have been in charge of up to 20 dogs at 1 time. I also co-own a dog named Luna. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
