Kerry Ann helped us out with drop in visits while we were away for our senior dog. Kerry Ann was prompt, arriving when we agreed upon, staying the full drop in time length and keeping us informed with detailed Rover cards. My dog is a bit shy and slower at his age. Kerry Ann took her time with him and made him feel comfortable and also followed all instructions we left. I would highly recommend her.
