I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for years and genuinely love spending time with animals. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and look after their pets while they’re away. I’m comfortable with all sizes and temperaments, including puppies who need structure and older pets who need patience and gentle care. Everything went well, we got pictures and communication was good, Joanne always replied my messages very quickly. The reason for a 1 star is because her profile show as non-smoking. I bathe my dog the day before so she could be clean and smelling good - my dog stayed there for 6 nights and came home smelling so bad (cigarettes) that I need to bath her again not only that her bed, blanket and toys were also pure cigarettes very disgusting. Unless your dog smoke don’t recommend. This is not healthy environment to have your loved ones around. Again, Joanne was nice, very polite but the profile wasn’t telling the truth!

She was reliable, communicative, and made sure he had everything he needed during each visit. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands.
