House Sitting in Iselin

About: I grew up with three big beautiful dogs. Since then, I fell in love with dogs and learning about them. I finally adopted my own almost 5 years ago and it’s been a trip! I think every dog has different needs and I apply all the training, games, walks, mental stimulation and even cooking that I’ve been learning from them. I think good care is more than just walks. They are loving and I’m here for all they need to be balanced, fulfilled and HAPPY. Completely free early mornings, afternoons and weekends. I take my own dog for an early morning walk before work and make sure she is ready for some time alone while my wife and I work. We live in a beautiful apartment complex with tons of nature, dog park and plenty of areas to walk. We usually get in the car and take the dogs to play at bigger parks, the beach, hikes… wherever can be to give them new experiences!

About: I love animals and have experience working with and sitting for a wide range of them, including dogs, cats, and small or exotic animals. I myself have owned over twenty parrots (currently have two in the aviary!) and have extensive experience with fishkeeping — I have four cycled, walstad fish and shrimp tanks! I can walk your dog, clean your cat’s litter box, and even do water changes for your fish if needed! Anything to make sure your little guys are well cared for! I’m a graduate social work student who will be free over the summer, so my schedule is flexible until August. I can make myself available as needed. My own pets are given daily care. I own several disabled animals who require special care in order to get around and eat on their own. I currently have two budgies in a large cage l and two betta fish, each in 5-10 gallon tanks. The parrots are allowed to free fly for most of the day, but they will be put away when your pets are being boarded. In your home, I try not to disturb or move anything that’s not necessary. I’ll make use of only what’s given to me with regards to caring for your pet — but I do reserve the right to cuddle your pet a little more!

About: I have grown up taking care of cats and dogs my whole life. I love animals so much. I currently only have one dog who i take care of but i also walk my neighbors dogs who cant. Everyday i wake up and immediately take my dog out and prepare her breakfast. After we have some play time and i take her on at least 3 walks throughout the day! I have a fenced in yard so i will be able to give them time to play in the backyard and also take them on multiple walks throughout the day! I also have a dog that loves to play!

About: I've been a petsitter since middle school. I've looked after cats and dogs both young and old, large and small. I'm very flexible and I take special care to keep each pet I care for comfortable and happy. I'm not currently employed, so I have plenty of time. I prefer late hours, but I can handle early risers too. I have a club event every second and fourth Tuesday; otherwise I'm fairly flexible with my activities. I will meet your pet wherever they are. If they need affection, I can give it; if they need space, I can give it. I put their well-being first, no matter what. If they make a mess, I will clean it up.

About: I'm a pet-loving mother of four with three children in college—and enjoying the wonderful pets I have met through this site. I have lived in Scotch Plains for almost 15 years. I watch several dogs regularly on a private basis and am excited to be part of the Rover community. I grew up with a beloved menagerie that included three cats, two beloved dachshunds and a poodle and have enjoyed watching a variety of dogs, including a bulldog, a French bulldog, a Bernese, a labradoodle, and, of course, mixed breeds. I love walking and daily yoga and look forward to helping your pets get the fresh air, activity and affection they need when you are working or otherwise busy. I am a freelance writer with a flexible schedule and have time for walks and visits before or after work and at lunchtime. Having raised a family, I know how important it is to have a pet sitter who is mature and reliable and understands how deeply you love your pets--and am honored to assist you in keeping them happy and healthy. While I would love to help every pet, I am petite, so my ideal sized pets are under 50 pounds. I am a freelance writer with a flexible schedule and my own car.
