Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. Vernisha, did an excellent job from the beginning of our communication until the moment we picked him up. She kept us informed throughout our getaway and sent photos and videos, including updates from the park when she took our dog for a walk. Sam was wonderful at sitting my two dogs Vivian and Tiger. My dogs are on the high energy side and can be a handful especially Tiger who is rambunctious. Sam was gentle and easy going with my dogs and especially took care of Tiger who unfortunately was not feeling well that day due to a new brand of dog food not agreeing with his stomach. I highly recommend Sam as a sitter.
