About: I've always loved all animals since I was a kid but have a special affinity for dogs and cats. I lost my sweet pup, Ewan, in 2019 to Hemangiocarcoma (a blood cancer) and to this day I still mourn him and can feel his presence in my life. I also lost my dear cat, Figaro, last year to natural old age causes. I'm a very good dog and cat dad and miss them terribly. In the past few years, so many friends and family have asked me to pet sit their fur babies and they always remark that they know their dog or cat is in the best possible hands with me. That they can actually relax on their trip because of how responsible and devoted I am to their pets and how much their pets adore me. Everyone has been encouraging me to sign up for Rover and now I'm finally doing it! I honestly believe Ewan and Figaro guided me here in their own way to spend time with your beloved kiddos. I look forward to getting to meet you and your pets! I work remotely from home as a story consultant and my longest sessions are around 2 hours, so I have most of the day to hang out with your fur baby! If your pet is staying at my place, they'll most likely hang out with me in the large loft area where I work. So they won't be left alone (unless they're the type that needs their space!) The minute they tell me they need to go out for a walk or really just need attention, I'm all theirs. If they're used to taking naps or sleeping on the bed at night, that also is fine by me! :) If I'm at your place, of course I'll abide by your exact rules for them. I follow instructions well and provide plenty of photo updates so you can relax and know your fur baby is in good hands!

Michael did an amazing job watching Doodle! You could tell he genuinely adores dogs, lots of toys, a comfy bed, and he even took her on some fun outings while I was gone. Doodle had a great time and was well taken care of. Definitely recommend him if you want someone who treats your pup like family!
Sharisbel was so patient with my Louis. She even has a dog of her own and they got along so good. Louis did get emotional because he missed us but Sharisbel was very patient, made sure she walked him played with him and showed him love. We will definitely be re-booking in the future. Our sitter was absolutely amazing! We had so much unexpected chaos during our trip from our original sitter canceling, to our flight being rerouted to Cleveland because of a storm. Through all of it, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and flexible. She made a very stressful situation so much easier for us by taking such great care of our dog, Lola. She kept us updated with messages and pictures, which gave us peace of mind knowing Lola was happy and well cared for. We are so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding throughout everything that happened. Yanina, and her family treated her like she was already part of their family. They were especially understanding when we had to drop our dog off later than our initial time. She sent us pics during our vacation and updated us. I was relieved that they had a fenced in yard because dalmations love to run. We picked up our fur baby in great shape.
