“This was our first time using Rover. Bonnie and her husband were so good to our boy. I was so hesitant and nervous at first because we usually board him at a very fancy pet hotel but we forgot to book this time. By the time we went to do it there was no room left at the hotel. So we turned to Bonnie and I don’t think I’ll ever take him back to the hotel. I’m hesitant to leave a good review because I don’t want to have to share Bonnie and her family with anyone else lol they were so responsive and constantly sending updates. I would highly recommend them. They treated our Jordy like he was their own. I know he can’t wait to go back to them”

Jose’s services are great he communicates very well and he kept me updated each day with photos and videos of my dog and i can tell by looking at the photos and videos my dog really enjoyed himself. he enjoyed himself so much that he seemed so sad when we were in the car pulling off from jose’s house after pickup. Jose has his own pets as well which my dog got along exceptionally well with ,if you have pets and want to work on their socializing skills i definitely recommend you guys board or let your dog spend a day with jose . I most definitely will be bringing my pup back to Jose next vacation and i recommend you guys do you as well you will not be disappointed i promise!!”

“Highly recommend Jacqueline!! She and her husband provided such a warm and loving environment for our dog Holly when she stayed with them for a week. Jacqueline is very good at communicating and we received regular updates along with pics/videos. She even offered to do a video call while we were in England. And when Holly couldn’t keep up with the other dogs due to her arthritis she used to take her for separate walks. Jacqueline is very flexible about pick up times as well and she was very accommodating even for a 10:30pm pick up! She left it up to us if we wanted to pick up the same day or the next morning which took a lot of pressure off of us. She even washed Holly’s bowls before sending them back. Can’t say enough good things and we had a wonderful experience with Jacqueline. So glad we’ve found our permanent sitter!”

Gurdeep took wonderful care of my fur baby, Bruno! She made sure he ate well and even tried different ways to encourage him to eat comfortably. Her husband also took Bruno on regular walks, and their whole family — including the kids — were so kind and loving toward him, making him feel right at home. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shandy! My puppy stayed for 3 nights, and I was so impressed with the care, love, and attention given. Overall, had a good experience with Peter! Aside from a minor communication issue, Peter was a good doggie sitter for Yumi. He appeared to follow instructions regarding feeding/walking and kept me updated throughout Yumi’s stay. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times and Yumi seemed to enjoy her stay. Would book with Peter again!

I felt that Barbara was a responsible person with experience who had the proper setup for dogs, including a private backyard for them. Barbara sent me updates/pictures when I was away on vacation, which made me feel more at ease that Pepper was in good hands. I also appreciated that she let Pepper sleep in her bed; otherwise, I know that Pepper would have been very unhappy since this is what she is used to at home. She was also very prompt with the drop-off/pick-up time.
