My 2 senior cats need daily medication (oral pills and topical cream) and Laura was comfortable with this situation. When we booked our vacation, months ago, they didn't need any medication, so finding the right sitter leading up to our time away was stressful for me, but Laura was great and helped me feel more at ease while on our big family vacation. About: I grew up with a cat but didn’t actually start helping with care myself until I was around 10, hence the 10 years. She died seven years ago, and after that we got three fur babies that I currently have. I’m used to having picky eater cats, so I know different types of treats that might encourage them to eat. I can also make playtime super fun, as I know certain hand movements that make toys seem more appealing to a cat. For example, I’ll hold my wrist in a certain way to make a fishing toy seem alive to a cat.

About: The second I look at a dog or a cat, I feel my motherly instincts kick in!! I’m currently a per diem nurse and mental health therapist—giving me plenty of time to be home and love my babies. I noticed lot of pet owners via county pages on fb and I just want to be an extra help to my area while making annoying baby noises gawking at the cuteness of any fur baby. I do live with my morkie, Cinnabon who’s a sassy baby boy. And my partner has his cats, Cheesecake and Chandler Bing who are very friendly towards everyone. All my pets are healthy and on anti flea/tic medications! I work per diem as a nurse meaning my shifts are sparse and short- so I’m home 90% of the time. I love spending my free time with both cats and dogs and would love to meet yours! I have a small fenced yard that is regularly mowed and cleaned. I always replenish the water periodically. I keep my home tidy since I’m used to being around many animals at once. For baths, I either use my tub or the laundry sink basin for my own dog. As for cats, I do have the mesh bath bag that prevents them from clawing. I’m very gentle with my own pets!

“Bill is such a fantastic sitter!! If you're looking for a detail-oriented sitter that does his utmost to make your dog feel comfortable while giving your dog the best of care, please go to him! We left our elderly english bulldog, Lechon, with him for a week. Bill took great care of him. He gave Lechon filtered water, and helped him up the stairs as Lechon struggles with climbing sometimes. Our Lechon doesn't know his limits, so Bill also made sure to limit his play so he had time to breathe and not overexert himself. Bill really kept an eye on Lechon, and we're very pleased with the level of care and consideration Bill had with our elderly bulldog. I highly recommend Bill as a sitter. About: I've always loved all animals since I was a kid but have a special affinity for dogs and cats. I lost my sweet pup, Ewan, in 2019 to Hemangiocarcoma (a blood cancer) and to this day I still mourn him and can feel his presence in my life. I also lost my dear cat, Figaro, last year to natural old age causes. I'm a very good dog and cat dad and miss them terribly. In the past few years, so many friends and family have asked me to pet sit their fur babies and they always remark that they know their dog or cat is in the best possible hands with me. That they can actually relax on their trip because of how responsible and devoted I am to their pets and how much their pets adore me. Everyone has been encouraging me to sign up for Rover and now I'm finally doing it! I honestly believe Ewan and Figaro guided me here in their own way to spend time with your beloved kiddos. I look forward to getting to meet you and your pets! I work remotely from home as a story consultant and my longest sessions are around 2 hours, so I have most of the day to hang out with your fur baby! If your pet is staying at my place, they'll most likely hang out with me in the large loft area where I work. So they won't be left alone (unless they're the type that needs their space!) The minute they tell me they need to go out for a walk or really just need attention, I'm all theirs. If they're used to taking naps or sleeping on the bed at night, that also is fine by me! :) If I'm at your place, of course I'll abide by your exact rules for them. I follow instructions well and provide plenty of photo updates so you can relax and know your fur baby is in good hands!

“Jaimie took beautiful care of my gentle giant, Ollie. Ollie is 100 pounds of love and fluff and I was very anxious about leaving him because he is so attached to me. Jaimie made me feel at ease at our meet and greet and we got to meet her pup and cat. With a big fenced in backyard, lots of dog toys, and a comfy couch for lounging, Jaimie made me feel right at home. We told her that Ollie might be too nervous to eat, and she sent pictures and updates constantly. Ollie was eating in no time and Ollie came home happy and well fed. Ollie loves humans snd she sent pictures of her and the dog watching tv together at night and of Ollie with her daughter. I am happy to recommend her and will be using her again!”
