The environment is dog friendly. Her own toy poodle and cat were incredibly friendly, and Ellie had a blast playing with her new furry friends. I especially loved the fenced-in backyard where dog could enjoy some supervised outdoor time together, and the regular walks were a great bonus that kept Ellie active and happy. Communications were excellent throughout the entire stay. I received regular photo updates, which allowed me and my family to enjoy our time away without worrying. From what I can tell, she is well experienced in dog care. I feel so lucky to have found someone so reliable and well-connected in the dog-owning community. Nan was great! Would recommend to anyone looking to board there pet. Was able to book with her last minute with no problem. She really cared well for my young puppy, kept in touch the entire time, and sent pictures and videos. My puppy loved her! Will absolutely be using Nan again to care for my dog when I'm away.

Shreena took amazing care of Omy again! This time Omy stayed with her for an entire month, and everything was perfect. She treated him like her own, kept him happy and comfortable, and gave regular updates. At the end, she even gave him a bath which was such a nice touch — he came back super clean and fresh. Overall, we were very happy and will definitely book with her again!
