The environment is dog friendly. Her own toy poodle and cat were incredibly friendly, and Ellie had a blast playing with her new furry friends. I especially loved the fenced-in backyard where dog could enjoy some supervised outdoor time together, and the regular walks were a great bonus that kept Ellie active and happy. Communications were excellent throughout the entire stay. I received regular photo updates, which allowed me and my family to enjoy our time away without worrying. From the moment we met Kajal, her family, and her sweet dog Nala, we knew Toby was going to be in the best hands. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and proactive throughout the entire stay — sending regular updates, photos, and check-ins that gave us so much peace of mind while we were out of the country. What truly sets Kajal apart is how naturally she treats every dog like family. Toby has had sitters before, but we have never seen him this relaxed, happy, and at ease with anyone outside of home. He fit right in with Kajal's family and Nala, and honestly? He almost seemed a little sad to come back — which, as a pet parent, is the highest compliment you can give a sitter. Shreena took amazing care of Omy again! This time Omy stayed with her for an entire month, and everything was perfect. She treated him like her own, kept him happy and comfortable, and gave regular updates. At the end, she even gave him a bath which was such a nice touch — he came back super clean and fresh.
