For the weekend he was very good at communicating how our Penny was doing, and we got several videos and pictures throughout the day. Raheem was great! He is very friendly and laid-back, which is a great match for our dog, Coco, who gets overexcited very easily. From the start, he was prompt with communication and information. He scheduled a meet-and-greet and shared more about his experience taking care of dogs, While we were away, he kept us posted on how Coco was doing throughout the week. We had some travel delays on our return trip and he was able to accommodate some small changes in the pick-up time at the last minute. Coco was a happy girl when we picked her up and it was clear she had a good time. We'd definitely use Raheem again!
