Like these little Cavapoos dragged me with the strength of pits trying to get to her! Her smile and laughter is so infectious, I could see why they were drawn to her! On their drop-off, from the moment they got out of the car, I was a nobody! I didn't know weather to be hurt or relived. I decided to choose relief! I watched my babies walk into Margarita's home as if they lived there! I received updates on their sleep time and on pick-up, they were very happy to have made a amazing friend in her and her entire family! I was little hesitant to take him to meet Ms. Isbath. I don’t know, she may be some kind of magical approach. I never heard a single growl from Ace, which was really surprising. The day I dropped him to Isbath’s house, gradually Ace become a family member. The day I dropped Ace, Ms. Isbath send me plenty of photos and videos to update the boarding. It was our first time using Anny and she did an awesome job taking care of our little one for 2 weeks. She gave us daily updates either thru pictures, videos or short messages on how our little Sophie was doing. Max stayed with Ji over the weekend of August 14 and warmed up to her very quickly. She kept me updated throughout our time out of town, which gave me great peace of mind. Ji was also very attentive to Max’s stomach issues and made sure he was well cared for and comfortable. We really appreciated the care and attention she gave him!
Kim really is the kindest and sweetest soul, she made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby with her for 2 weeks! She sent multiple pictures everyday and updated me on everything. Raheem was great! He is very friendly and laid-back, which is a great match for our dog, Coco, who gets overexcited very easily. From the start, he was prompt with communication and information. He scheduled a meet-and-greet and shared more about his experience taking care of dogs, While we were away, he kept us posted on how Coco was doing throughout the week. We had some travel delays on our return trip and he was able to accommodate some small changes in the pick-up time at the last minute. Coco was a happy girl when we picked her up and it was clear she had a good time. We'd definitely use Raheem again!
