“Bonnie and her family are amazing! Sesame is an anxious baby, but everyone in her family gave him so much love and hugs that he immediately settled in. Bonnie shared many photos with me throughout his stay so I could see how he was doing. She was also very communicative, especially about his meals, since he’s a picky eater who’s not very good about finishing his food. She and her family really went above and beyond to care for him! “I believe my pups had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at Katherine and Lucas’s! They made their home so cozy and welcoming for my dogs, who are big couch potatoes, that they felt pretty secure in a new place. Not to mention their one family (of dogs!) at a time policy which works great for anxious dogs like mine who are insecure around other dogs. Lucas and Katherine are a great couple who genuinely seem to love dogs and they sent me daily updates and photos. Raheem was great! He is very friendly and laid-back, which is a great match for our dog, Coco, who gets overexcited very easily. From the start, he was prompt with communication and information. He scheduled a meet-and-greet and shared more about his experience taking care of dogs, While we were away, he kept us posted on how Coco was doing throughout the week. We had some travel delays on our return trip and he was able to accommodate some small changes in the pick-up time at the last minute. Coco was a happy girl when we picked her up and it was clear she had a good time. We'd definitely use Raheem again!
Gianna and her partner took wonderful care of our boy while we were away! I received lots of pictures and videos of him throughout the day—snuggled up on the couch, playing fetch, and thriving on his walks at the park. With Gianna’s knowledge and dedication to pet care, we felt at ease leaving him in their care.
