Isbath and her family are so so so incredible. She's warm, welcoming, professional, and inquisitive. She checked in with multiple times a day and provided photos, which helped me feel even more at ease. I only wish I lived closer so I could use her as my go to sitter. I could tell my girl Sailor loved her visit, before putting her in the car she stopped and had the urge to run to their front steps and back inside to play. Couldn't recommend more.
Gianna and Billy took very good care of Maui during my business trip and understood that I needed her to have lots of attention and a lot of love. After all, these are our fur babies. I am very thankful to have found this beautiful couple. They are both kind and responsible and caring.
Max stayed with Ji over the weekend of August 14 and warmed up to her very quickly. She kept me updated throughout our time out of town, which gave me great peace of mind. Ji was also very attentive to Max’s stomach issues and made sure he was well cared for and comfortable. We really appreciated the care and attention she gave him!
Raheem was great! He is very friendly and laid-back, which is a great match for our dog, Coco, who gets overexcited very easily. From the start, he was prompt with communication and information. He scheduled a meet-and-greet and shared more about his experience taking care of dogs, While we were away, he kept us posted on how Coco was doing throughout the week. We had some travel delays on our return trip and he was able to accommodate some small changes in the pick-up time at the last minute. Coco was a happy girl when we picked her up and it was clear she had a good time. We'd definitely use Raheem again!
Erika was exceptional and really made my dog feel comfortable and cared for! She was very responsive and accommodating and even kindly bought additional food when my dog ran out. She is fantastic since she made her availability even include Christmas holiday. She was always kind, patient, and understanding. NASA Lived with Cristian for a week. Everything went well. She's seemed comfortable around him when I went to pick her up. Two minor concerns were inadequate photos, videos and terse updates or sometimes no updates daily. Also found matting of hair locks on her ears.
