We were concerned because Winter is a senior dog and this was her first stay with Lisa, but she was treated like family by Lisa and her son, and we could tell Winter was happy. Lisa's fenced in yard is a plus, and she only takes one dog at a time, which was the deal breaker for us. As Winter has aged, she has less tolerance for other dogs, so this was the perfect scenario. Max stayed with Ji over the weekend of August 14 and warmed up to her very quickly. She kept me updated throughout our time out of town, which gave me great peace of mind. Ji was also very attentive to Max’s stomach issues and made sure he was well cared for and comfortable. We really appreciated the care and attention she gave him!
Raheem was great! He is very friendly and laid-back, which is a great match for our dog, Coco, who gets overexcited very easily. From the start, he was prompt with communication and information. He scheduled a meet-and-greet and shared more about his experience taking care of dogs, While we were away, he kept us posted on how Coco was doing throughout the week. We had some travel delays on our return trip and he was able to accommodate some small changes in the pick-up time at the last minute. Coco was a happy girl when we picked her up and it was clear she had a good time. We'd definitely use Raheem again!

NASA Lived with Cristian for a week. Everything went well. She's seemed comfortable around him when I went to pick her up. Two minor concerns were inadequate photos, videos and terse updates or sometimes no updates daily. Also found matting of hair locks on her ears.
