She kept me updated on how he was doing and sent lots of photos and videos! She even hand fed him in the beginning while he was adjusting and hesitant to eat. Our pup also has a sensitive stomach so she made him chicken and rice ti get him back on track. Our pup was happy, well loved and cared for the entire week we were away and we have already reserved his next stay!!”
