About: I have either owned or taken care of dogs since I was very young. I began dog sitting around 10 years ago. I can come to your home or do in home visits. I have taken care of dogs of all sizes from Cane Corsos to Bassett Hounds and many more. I currently work remotely and am home during the day. That gives me a lot of extra time especially to care for my animals as well as others. I have a separate room for cats to stay in that has a screen door. They can see out but not get out as well as my cats can see in but not get in. I also have a "privacy gate" so they cannot see eachother.

About: I love animals and have experience working with and sitting for a wide range of them, including dogs, cats, and small or exotic animals. I myself have owned over twenty parrots (currently have two in the aviary!) and have extensive experience with fishkeeping — I have four cycled, walstad fish and shrimp tanks! I can walk your dog, clean your cat’s litter box, and even do water changes for your fish if needed! Anything to make sure your little guys are well cared for! I’m a graduate student who will be free over the summer, so my schedule is flexible until late August. I can make myself and my home available as needed. I live in a townhome that features a large, lush, and open neighborhood to walk your dogs in. My home has two floors; the first floor is where your pet will stay. When your pet is in my home, they are treated like members of my family. They will be fed, walked, and enriched on your schedule, and will be allowed to sit on the couch and even sleep in my bed at nights if comfortable. I take great care to ensure that your pet’s stay is comfortable and fun-filled. In my home, I currently have two budgies in a large cage and two betta fish, each in 5-10 gallon tanks. The parrots are allowed to free fly for most of the day, but they will be put away or kept caged when your pets are being boarded. When I am in your home, I cultivate the utmost respect. I try not to disturb or move anything that’s not necessary. I’ll make use of only what’s given to me with regards to caring for your pet, and leave everything else exactly how I found it.

About: I've been a professional pet sitter/house sitter/dog walker since I moved to New Jersey in 2022. I'm looking to expand my client base, so I'm joining Rover. Prior to working as a pet sitter, I worked at an indoor dog park in Seattle. I'm comfortable with large and small dogs...we have two Great Pyrenees mixes and two small dogs at home, as well as two cats and a tortoise Located in Fanwood and serving the surround area. Pictured, above, are some of my happy clients. I'm a full-time pet/house sitter, so I'm available for walks & visits 7 days a week from 8am-10pm. Happy to take on one-time walks and regular visits. Safety for the pet is my top priority. I always make sure that gates are closed before I let pets out, and I'm always careful to not let flight risk animals out accidentally. I grew up in a household that always had multiple dogs and was actively involved in their care, including feeding, bathing, walking, and providing plenty of love and attention. I have been caring for dogs for over 25 years and has always been a natural part of my life. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your loved family member. I work part-time remotely, which means your pet will get tons of cuddles, playtime, and supervision throughout the day! I may occasionally step out for short errands, but I am never away for more than a couple of hours at a time. Your pet will always receive attentive, loving care in a safe environment. • ☀️ Morning Routine (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM): We kickstart the day with a refreshing morning walk to stretch those legs and take care of business. This is followed by breakfast, fresh water, and any morning medications your pup requires. • 🎾 Midday & Afternoon (12:00 AM - 2:00 PM): Afternoon potty break and mental stimulation-just as important as physical exercise! We spend this time also playing fetch in a secure area and playing with puzzle toys/snuffle mat. Afterward, they get plenty of time to lounge, nap, and relax. • 🌇 Early Evening (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM): It's time for another potty break and dinner. If your dog has high energy, this is a great time for a longer evening walk or a trip to a local, nearby park if permitted. • 🌙 Wind Down (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM): We wrap up the day with a final short walk before bedtime. Then, it's quality cuddle and belly rub time on the couch before lights out! I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving home environment where your dog will receive personalized attention and care. My goal is to have your pet feel happy and secure, whether they are in their home or mine. I have been a pet owner my entire life and have been relied upon by friends, family, and neighbors for pet care for the past 25 years. My practical, hands-on experience has taught me patience, reliability, and how to anticipate a pet's needs and comfort levels. I’m comfortable with various breeds and temperaments and committed to upholding the highest standard of care.

About: I have taken care of gods since I was 10 years old. Responsible, energetic and just fun, I will make sure your dog has a great day . Dog sitting is not my full time job, spending time with dogs is my pet therapy that I need after a full time job 🤣 I can take care of your dog in my home or take them for a walk when you need. About: Since high school, I’ve always had pets around me. When I was full-time Army stationed in Alaska, my leadership asked me to dog sit their pets and ever since then I was the go to dog sitter for our Company. I sometimes spent weeks juggling getting to work in the early mornings and getting home in time to take care of their pets and their homes. I enjoyed taking care of their dogs on the day to day! Im renovating my family’s new house and working in the New Jersey Army National Guard so I appreciate getting some steps in and spending time with pets. I like spending time with pets because they live in the moment. I talk and run with them sometimes when on walks to make them feel comfortable with me.

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life. My grandparents always had labs, and when I was 9 years old, my family got a boxer named Bailey. Since then, I have been actively involved in caring for dogs and understanding how much love, patience, and attention they need. As I got older, I began dog sitting for neighbors, family friends, and people they connected me with. I have experience with overnight stays both in my home and in the owner’s home, as well as feeding, walks, playtime, giving medication, and keeping pets comfortable while their owners are away. I have cared for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need frequent potty breaks and help settling down, to senior dogs who need extra patience, comfort, and support. My own dog Bailey recently passed away after living with Canine Degenerative Myelopathy, which slowly caused her to lose control of her back legs. In her final months, I helped care for her by getting her into her wheelchair, lifting her when she needed help going to the bathroom or eating, cleaning up accidents, and doing everything I could to make sure she felt safe, loved, and comfortable. What sets me apart is that I truly see pets as family. I know caring for them is not just about feeding them or letting them outside. I love spending extra time playing with them, giving them pets, and making sure they feel loved and relaxed. Our pets spend so much of their day waiting for our attention, so I always try to make that time special for them. I will treat your pets like they are my own. Since losing Bailey, I am especially grateful for any opportunity to care for other animals and give them the same love, patience, and attention that I gave her. I am currently a rising junior at Emory University, majoring in Biology on the pre-physician assistant track. This summer, I am working part-time as a medical assistant, which gives me plenty of time to care for your pets. On days I am not working, I can provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I can also provide overnight stays in your home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I will carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medication, crate routines, and any special care your pet needs. I make sure pets get more than just basic care. I love spending time playing with them, giving them attention, and making them feel safe and loved while you are away. I am also very respectful of your home and will clean up after your pet, properly dispose of any accidents, wipe muddy paws, and leave your home the way I found it. I am very observant and will pay attention to changes in behavior, eating habits, bathroom habits, or anything that seems unusual. I have the most experience with cat sitting - both indoor and outdoor - but have taken care of dogs many times as well as had a dog of my own for four years! About: I have been a pet owner for over 20 years. I had a miniature poodle for many years and then I had a chocolate lab. I absolutely adore animals and treat every fur friend like they’re my own. While I do work full time, my job is 1 mile from my home and I come home for lunch during the day and I’m home by 3:30 so pet sitting and boarding works well for my schedule. I have a fenced backyard and plenty of pet beds. I also have deck with a gate and dog bed in case they just want some fresh air.
