She went above and beyond doing what was asked, including crushing pills, giving them attention if they wanted it and opening the door so they could get some fresh air and sun through the screen. By the third day they were following her around the house. She's light on her feet and very patient with them. To add perspective, when my adult children come home, the cats hide, even though two of the cats grew up with the kids. Before the week was over, I had already booked her for several other times this summer!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs ever since I was little, some including mini poodles, rottweilers, germans shepards, boxers, and malti-poos. I trained my own dog when he was a couple months old when I was 16 and have been responsible for him ever since. I give him baths, we go on walks 1-3 times a day, and i feed and play with him. At the moment I just moved home from college and looking for something to keep me busy. I typically go to the gym everyday and whether it be before or after i’m usually free. With my own dog if i let him out in the backyard for a quick bathroom break i always go with him and when we go for walks he’s always on the leash until we get back to the house. Same would go for other dogs I will be walking. I will ensure they are on the leash at all times and that i’m paying attention and not distracted by my phone or other devices. When on longer walks I carry water with me for them and always clean up after they go to the bathroom.

About: My name is Christine and I've been working in pet care- dog walking, pet/house sitting and even dog grooming for 5+ years. I worked as a dog washer at In and Out Grooming in Garwood and am an avid dog walker. I've been a dog owner, and find pet care to be the most fulfilling job I've ever had. I love all breeds, and though I am small in stature I love walking big dogs! I can provide nail clippings and also don't mind doing some general house cleaning if I were to do house sitting and home visits. I have a very flexible schedule, outside of pet care I am pursuing a career in theater. Extremely flexible schedule! I have free daytime hours, while working on a theater schedule. Great for daytime walks and drop ins. Weekends available, don't hesitate to request! I have house sitting experience to keep your pets company while you're away! I've worked with many breeds and personalities of pet in the place they are most comfortable, happy to just spend time with them and adapt to their routines. About: My partner and I have been dog sitting for five years. Prior to that, we both grew up with family dogs and are very familiar and comfortable with a wide variety of dogs and breeds. On walks, we are always attentive to the dog and how they behave and interact with other people, dogs and other animals in the neighborhood. A stay with us is always fun for the dog, but we like to make sure that your pet is safe and cared for. We also value communication. You putting your pet in our care while you are away, and we understand the trust that it takes to leave a member of your family with us. We give as many updates as you’d like via messenger and numerous photos or videos throughout the day. We are always reachable and willing to let you know how your dog’s stay is going. I’m currently working remotely. I tutor part-time from home, but I’m almost always home and I make pet sitting a priority. I used to be a teaching assistant, so I am very reliable and used to being responsible for others’ loved ones. I live in a very safe apartment complex. The buildings look like town homes, it is away from the main roads, and the complex Is pet friendly with lots of grass areas for your little guy or girl to do their business. It’s a wonderful welcoming community. I have my own entrance to my apartment and all the dogs in the community are wonderful.

About: I have had dogs in my house for as long as I can remember (since I was four, to be exact) - I know how to deal with the barking, gently wrestle a leash onto the wriggliest of pups, feed them on schedule even when they beg for early dinner, and give them all the love they could possibly need. I have walked, fed, and cleaned up after my dogs for years, and I am so excited to get to do that for other pups too! I am a college student home from school and have extreme flexibility with my schedule. I have a car, so I can drive to your house to take care of your pooch as needed at almost any time between 8 am and 6 pm. The most important thing for me when taking care of pets is their comfort. As much as I love to cuddle our fur babies, if they don’t like physical touch I will give them their space. I am happy to play tug of war, fetch, and even let them chase me around outside (I understand needs change depending on the breed). I feed them as instructed and on schedule (having trained myself to resist even the cutest of puppy eyes begging for extra treats) and make sure they only get what their owners have left for them to have. I also love taking dogs on walks for exercise, both for their sake and my own!

I know every pet is different, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medications, or just how their pet likes to relax. I focus on creating a comfortable, safe, and stress-free environment while giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and care.
