She was quick to respond and very accommodating. She even helped navigate the app( for first timer like me) and from the beginning of setting up the meet and greet visit to until the last day, she was prompt in communicating, shared pictures and videos daily, followed the instructions. Bhavani family loved and cared for our Diesel like it their own. Did not bother us with anything, just shared pictures and videos which gave us peace of mind and confidence to enjoy our vacation. Her home is safe for pets and she really has the experience to handle them. She will literally make your dog a member of her family while you're away, and the family all participate in his or her stay. She only takes one dog at a time. She'll focus on your dogs routine and make sure all your directions are followed. Our dog is on a very specific diet and medication and Na followed our instructions perfectly. She adds her own creativity to make your dogs stay a real vacation. Including picnics , book reading before bed, long walks and plenty of supervised yard play. Every few hours you'll get updates on your dog's activities in pictures. As much as we were happy to bring Lola home , It was hard knowing how much fun she was having. We actually made a slide show of Lola's stay and watched before we looked at our vacation pictures!”

Rosary was so great with our 5 year old dog, Allen. He’s a rescue and is hesitant with new people, but Rosary was extra gentle and loving with him. She even cooked him meals daily without me asking! I think our dog was actually sad to come home! We will definitely book again and highly recommend.
