About: I’ve loved animals of all shapes and sizes my whole life. I knew as I grew up I wanted to go somewhere with it, I began by offering my services to neighbours and family friends and now would like to branch out and help others with their animals. I am good with dealing with dogs that are anxious and also bigger dogs, I would say a skill of mine is being very attentive to their needs and behaviour. I am currently still attending school from 8am to 12pm Monday-Thursday. Any time after that I am fully available to do walks and potty breaks. Currently cannot do Fridays but my schedule will soon change. During weekends I would absolutely love to do overnights if anyone needs! I am available most holidays as well as I know that’s a busy time for pet parents. I am quite flexible overall and will try to work with you to find a good time! I will follow any boundaries in homes I am staying at. If you are crate or leash training that is perfectly okay with me. I will always make sure to know where the dogs are at all times as well.

“Lisa took exceptional care of our 2 cats, Waylon & Willow. Thank you Lisa!”

“Elsa was very good with Winston. He loves attention and to be played with. Elsa sent me pictures and they were so cute. I came back to a very happy kitty. I would definitely use Elsa as a sitter in the future.”

About: Since high school, I’ve always had pets around me. When I was full-time Army stationed in Alaska, my leadership asked me to dog sit their pets and ever since then I was the go to dog sitter for our Company. I sometimes spent weeks juggling getting to work in the early mornings and getting home in time to take care of their pets and their homes. I enjoyed taking care of their dogs on the day to day! Currently looking for full time employment, renovating my family’s new house and working in the New Jersey Army National Guard so I appreciate getting some steps in and spending time with pets. I like spending time with pets because they live in the moment. I talk and run with them sometimes when on walks to make them feel comfortable with me.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover who has never lived in a pet-free home. I volunteer at an animal shelter as a walker, so I have experience handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I currently have an 8-year-old rescue pitbull and a 17-year-old senior cat. I work from home full-time with a fairly flexible schedule. I am available for drop-ins or walks early mornings and evenings Mondays-Thursdays, and any time Fridays-Sundays. I believe in a positive reinforcement approach when it comes to animal handling, so you can trust me to care for your pets with love and respect. Please let me know if you have any special requests for training!

About: I’ve taken care of family and friends’ pets for the past 15 years. My family has adopted several senior dogs and has taken care of puppies. I have also helped friends assist with transitioning cats to new spaces. My work schedule is an odd one, working in the evening most of the week and Saturday mornings. This allows me to do nice morning walks and evening walks. My hour lunch may also allow me to do an afternoon walk. I am more than comfortable following feeding schedules, providing medicine, cleaning accidents and litter boxes. I never force myself into an animal’s space and I try to provide cuddles when comfort is wanted and just company when they are simply expressing separation anxiety.

“I was very impressed with Claire and her patience in dealing with my cat's skittish behavior. This was the first time having a cat sitter and my cats were hiding quite often. Claire took the time to find my skittish cats and ensure they were fed by staying with them long enough to see them eat. She sent me updates on them and on their various hiding spots. Overall if I need a cat sitter again I would rebook Claire because she took great care of my cats.”

I am an animal lover who has two dogs! Having two animals has prepared me to fulfill your pets needs:) I am currently looking for sitting jobs as I prepare to leave for school in mid-august. While trying to both sit for animals, I am babysitting for various families. I have a ton of free time during the weekdays and even some weekends! I have two dogs of my own and I fulfill different responsibilities for them. This includes walking, bathing them and many other things. When it comes to taking care of other families dogs, I am very comfortable staying with them as they are navigating a time without their owner.

“Olena took very good care of His Majesty Eugene, King of Cats, Keeper of the Nip, Defender of the Nap and Holder of our Hearts. We were gone 6 days and each day Olena made sure Eugene had not just his basic care but real engagement. Olena maintained a good sense of consistency regarding time frames and always sent photos which were especially welcome. Olena must be a true cat-o-phile because Eugene doesn’t warm up to everyone. I can heartily recommend Olena as a top notch Carer of Cats. Thank you Olena!”
