About: I grew up in a household that always had multiple dogs at the same time and was actively involved in their care. Feeding, bathing, walking and giving them the daily love and attention they needed. I have the ability to adjust my availability as needed. My daily and weekly routine is built around providing consistent and attentive pet care for your loved one. I have been a pet owner my entire life and have been relied upon by friends, family, and neighbors for pet care for the past 30 years. While I may not have formal "clinic" experience, my practical, hands-on experience has taught me patience, reliability, and how to anticipate a pet's needs and comfort levels. I’m comfortable with various breeds and temperaments and committed to upholding the highest standard of care.

“I was very impressed with Claire and her patience in dealing with my cat's skittish behavior. This was the first time having a cat sitter and my cats were hiding quite often. Claire took the time to find my skittish cats and ensure they were fed by staying with them long enough to see them eat. She sent me updates on them and on their various hiding spots. Overall if I need a cat sitter again I would rebook Claire because she took great care of my cats.”

About: It all started with my late dog, Tucker. A lab mix who was rescued and had aggressive tendencies towards dogs & people. After watching almost every episode of The Dog Whisperer (Cesar Milan) I began to help Tucker get past those fears. I loved taking him on long walks and eventually was walking him off leash. He’s gone 10 years now but I still use the techniques I learned with every dog I interact with. I consider myself the go-to walker, sitter, boarder with a number of family and friends. When the dogs are with me, nothing else comes first. And your furry friends would be no different! I work full time but have a very predictable schedule and don’t work on the weekends. The office is less than a 10 minute drive from my apartment. When I board at my apartment, your dog is guaranteed to get exercise as I take all pooch guests on a walk for potty breaks as the nearest grassy area is a park 2 blocks away. But when we go for a dedicated walk, I usually log at least 1-2 miles depending on how healthy your dog is. Walks are the exercise and I try to keep them focused on staying on the sidewalk until it’s time for them to go to the bathroom. That focus helps to drain their energy. I always take time intro the dogs to the apartment properly. I don’t immediately let them loose until we’ve had a chance to walk around together inside. It helps them get comfortable with the new environment and with me. If you enforce prohibiting your dog from being on couches and/or beds, I can certainly continue that during their stay. If not, I don’t mind snuggling with a dog on the couch or bed (as long as they wait for me to invite them up.)

About: my name is Georgianna and i have tons of experience with animals! i grew up having lots of pets such as dogs, cats, bunnies, snakes, lizards, frogs etc! luckily with my love for animals (especially dogs and cats) i started working in a grooming salon and that is where i found my career in dog and cat grooming! i have experience working with all kinds of breeds, having knowledge in health, nutrition, training and of course making them look comfortable and beautiful :). not only was i blessed to come across such a fulfilling job but i also started my own dog sitting on the side! so i have plenty of experience in dog walking, in home sitting, giving medication (orally or injections), keeping them happy and attaining to whatever needs they may need! i am also canine and feline first aid certified as well as CPR i am currently only working part time, so my schedule is very flexible for you and your pup! if need the grooming salon i work at has play areas for the dogs so they can even come to work with me! when i care for pets in a client’s home i will always be more than sure to respect your home and privacy. if a dog is not allowed in certain areas of the house or needs to be crated just let me know and i will keep those areas off boundaries, if a client is away and needs things done such as taking the garbage out, bringing in mail/packages etc i will be more than happy to do so

About: I adopted my first dog when I was 9. I took on the responsibility of her care for the next 15 years that she was alive. I have cared for other dogs alongside her as well. My experience with them includes feeding, walks, cleaning cages and outdoor bathroom instances, administering medicine, brushing teeth, bathing, playing, and lots of cuddles! I’ve never been afraid to get my hands dirty and make it my point to respect the boundaries of any animal in my care. I’m lucky enough that I work from home currently, so I have plenty of time between meetings to feed, walk, and play with your pets! I focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment for each pet I care for. In both my home and my client’s home, I follow their established routines for feeding, playtime, and rest to ensure the pet feels secure. During walks, I prioritize safety. I believe in the importance of using proper leashes, avoiding dangerous areas, and tailoring the walk to the dog’s energy level and needs. I also keep the dog’s space clean, offer plenty of affection and mental stimulation, and provide regular updates to the owner so they always feel informed!

About: Since I was a child I’ve been in love with all animals, particularly dogs and cats. I was 13 years old when we rescued our 12 year old Shih Tzu, Blondie. She lived to be 19. I learned at a young age how much care an elderly dog needs and I loved every minute of it. Our family have continued to get Shih Tzus, Lily just passed in 2021, she lived to be 17 years old. I now have Tarzan. I have and can watch dogs and cats of any size, I’d love to continue giving my love and kindness to other dogs and cats, and help make someone’s day a little easier! I’m currently working part time, so my schedule is very flexible. When I am booked to house sit or dog walk, potty breaks or play, I make it a top priority. I stick to the owners instructions. If he or she has a routine they follow with their pet I follow it and if I have any questions I never assume, I always ask. That includes house sitting, walking their pet, and helping with potty breaks and play dates. I’m incredibly patient and understanding, I believe it is a relationship that I’m building with the dog or cat, as well as the owner. I give a lot of care and love and I always leave follow up notes of how the day went.

About: Since high school, I’ve always had pets around me. When I was full-time Army stationed in Alaska, my leadership asked me to dog sit their pets and ever since then I was the go to dog sitter for our Company. I sometimes spent weeks juggling getting to work in the early mornings and getting home in time to take care of their pets and their homes. I enjoyed taking care of their dogs on the day to day! Im renovating my family’s new house and working in the New Jersey Army National Guard so I appreciate getting some steps in and spending time with pets.
