About: We lost our 13 yr old american bulldog / hound mix and while mom (Lisa) isn't ready to have a new FT family member just yet, my son and I would be so excited to have fun with and love your pet as our own while you are away. We have a fenced-in back yard, lots of toys and a comfy dog bed - though of course you are welcome to bring your own gear, if it makes your pet feel more comfortable and at home. Typically only board 1 family at a time. Because our schedules can vary, we’re only able to accept boarding requests 2-3 months in advance. We appreciate your understanding! I am self-employed and work from home so am available to give your pet all the attention it deserves, take for walks and potty breaks as needed. About: I can handle dogs of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. My regular clients includes dogs as small as a Rat Terrier and as large as a Weimaraner. I don't currently have other pets or small children at home, so no worries if your furry friend is not accustomed to that! “I’m usually very nervous about leaving Benji, he’s wary of strangers and takes a long time to warm up. That’s why I was genuinely surprised at how quickly he trusted Akshay. While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also extremely flexible and worked with me on dropoff/ pickup, which made everything easier. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again.”
