About: Since high school, I’ve always had pets around me. When I was full-time Army stationed in Alaska, my leadership asked me to dog sit their pets and ever since then I was the go to dog sitter for our Company. I sometimes spent weeks juggling getting to work in the early mornings and getting home in time to take care of their pets and their homes. I enjoyed taking care of their dogs on the day to day! Im renovating my family’s new house and working in the New Jersey Army National Guard so I appreciate getting some steps in and spending time with pets. I like spending time with pets because they live in the moment. I talk and run with them sometimes when on walks to make them feel comfortable with me.

About: It all started with my late dog, Tucker. A lab mix who was rescued and had aggressive tendencies towards dogs & people. After watching almost every episode of The Dog Whisperer (Cesar Milan) I began to help Tucker get past those fears. I loved taking him on long walks and eventually was walking him off leash. He’s gone 9 years now but I still use the techniques I learned with every dog I interact with. I consider myself the go-to walker, sitter, boarder with a number of family and friends. When the dogs are with me, nothing else comes first. And your furry friends would be no different! I work full time but have a very predictable schedule and very rarely work on the weekends. The office is less than a 10 minute drive from my apartment. When I board at my apartment, your dog is guaranteed to get exercise as I take all visitors on a walk for potty breaks as the nearest grassy area is a park 2 blocks away. But when we go for a dedicated walk, I usually log at least 1-2 miles depending on how healthy your dog is. Walks are the exercise and I try to keep them focused on staying on the sidewalk until it’s time for them to go to the bathroom. That focus helps to drain their energy. I always take time intro the dogs to the apartment properly. I don’t immediately let them loose until we’ve had a chance to walk around together inside. It helps them get comfortable with the new environment and with me. If you enforce prohibiting your dog from being on couches and/or beds, I can certainly continue that during their stay. If not, I don’t mind snuggling with a dog on the couch or bed (as long as they wait for me to invite them up.)

About: I grew up in a household that always had multiple dogs at the same time and was actively involved in their care. Feeding, bathing, walking and giving them the daily love and attention they needed. I am working full-time during the weekdays. However, I have plenty of time after 5pm Monday through Friday as well as full availability throughout the weekends. I have been a pet owner my entire life and have been relied upon by friends, family, and neighbors for pet care for the past 30 years. While I may not have formal "clinic" experience, my practical, hands-on experience has taught me patience, reliability, and how to anticipate a pet's needs and comfort levels. I’m comfortable with various breeds and temperaments and committed to upholding the highest standard of care for your loved one.

About: I adopted my first dog when I was 9. I took on the responsibility of her care for the next 15 years that she was alive. I have cared for other dogs alongside her as well. My experience with them includes feeding, walks, cleaning cages and outdoor bathroom instances, administering medicine, brushing teeth, bathing, playing, and lots of cuddles! I’ve never been afraid to get my hands dirty and make it my point to respect the boundaries of any animal in my care. I’m lucky enough that I work from home currently, so I have plenty of time between meetings to feed, walk, and play with your pets! I focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment for each pet I care for. In both my home and my client’s home, I follow their established routines for feeding, playtime, and rest to ensure the pet feels secure. During walks, I prioritize safety. I believe in the importance of using proper leashes, avoiding dangerous areas, and tailoring the walk to the dog’s energy level and needs. I also keep the dog’s space clean, offer plenty of affection and mental stimulation, and provide regular updates to the owner so they always feel informed!

About: I love to spend time with dogs and walk them ..and make sure they feel happy and comfortable!!! I also like to keep the owners updated of how they are doing I am available on weekdays and Saturday! We love to walk here in mountainside and the dog park nearby! And the reservation here is beautiful I have fenced yard so they will be safe and I live in a cul de sac which is safer! My fenced yard has enough space to play fetch and get some sun. See the pics and you will see I have front porch for some sun, warm chimney for them to lay down near it when it’s cold out, fenced in yard and nearby reservation and dog park to walk and play…. I currently work part time but I have the Time for outside activity and walking including play ..my goal is to give him or her the attention they need My yard is fenced in i live in a Cul de sac so it’s safe away from cars traffic and quiet neighborhood and nice to walk in

About: I have owned my dog for 13 years and counting! I love taking care of animals. Walking, running, or just hanging out on the couch your pet is my priority (: I own my own esthetics business so scheduling my time out is no problem. I have a ton of flexibility and freedom to assist others! I currently live in an apartment next to a park so I love to take my dog over for some running around, I also own a rabbit who loves to play tag with him as well at home lol.
