About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and am comfortable adapting to all personalities ~ from energetic and social to more shy or sensitive. Growing up, our home always had multiple dogs, so I’m very used to different temperaments, routines, and dynamics. I’ve also had hands-on experience supporting pregnant dogs and caring for litters, including situations where extra attention and patience were needed early on. Over time, I’ve learned that every dog is different, and I take the time to understand their behavior, energy, and needs so they feel safe and comfortable. About: I have had dogs for 25 years, we had 2 rescue dogs when our kids were growing up. Since then I have walked and dog sat for many different families. “I believe my pups had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at Katherine and Lucas’s! They made their home so cozy and welcoming for my dogs, who are big couch potatoes, that they felt pretty secure in a new place. Not to mention their one family (of dogs!) at a time policy which works great for anxious dogs like mine who are insecure around other dogs. Lucas and Katherine are a great couple who genuinely seem to love dogs and they sent me daily updates and photos. After a few not so stellar experience with other sitters on this app, I feel like I’ve found the perfect caregivers for my fur babies! Highly recommend!”
