Nan really really loves dogs. She treats our dog like family and our dog is always happy to see Nan and her daughter. She is very responsive to dog sitting requests and always shares great videos and photos. She makes it very convenient to go about our business and know that our doggie is being well looked after with care.
I just picked up Bronco (14y/o) and Maximus (11m/o) from Bonnie and Yee. My boys looked happy and looked like they had fun. They slept really well in the car and when we got home. This was a last minute booking because I couldn't find a family member to watch them. Bonnie gave me so many updates with pictures which gave me a peace of mind that they were given great care. All my questions were answered especially when I asked for feedback because this is my boys' first experience being watched by non-family members. They took care of my Bronco who I know would be upset (new people, new place). He's older and more sensitive to new changes. I highly recommend them for any loving, caring pet parents out there who need someone they can trust for their fur babies. I'm really grateful for both of them.
We left Cody for a few hours of daycare and had such a positive experience. The sitter had great communication before and during the stay, and even sent a video update which I really appreciated.
