About: I've always loved all animals since I was a kid but have a special affinity for dogs and cats. I lost my sweet pup, Ewan, in 2019 to Hemangiocarcoma (a blood cancer) and to this day I still mourn him and can feel his presence in my life. I also lost my dear cat, Figaro, last year to natural old age causes. I'm a very good dog and cat dad and miss them terribly. In the past few years, so many friends and family have asked me to pet sit their fur babies and they always remark that they know their dog or cat is in the best possible hands with me. That they can actually relax on their trip because of how responsible and devoted I am to their pets and how much their pets adore me. Everyone has been encouraging me to sign up for Rover and now I'm finally doing it! I honestly believe Ewan and Figaro guided me here in their own way to spend time with your beloved kiddos. He passed last year and since then I've had the pleasure of cat-sitting for friends and family and have so loved my time with all of them. I let cats come to me, I don't force the relationship. I understand they need their space and time to suss me out. Then within a day or two they almost always start to ask for my attention and by the third day, even the most aloof are cuddling next to me or on my lap. About: The second I look at a dog or a cat, I feel my motherly instincts kick in!! I’m currently a per diem nurse and mental health therapist—giving me plenty of time to be home and love my babies. I noticed lot of pet owners via county pages on fb and I just want to be an extra help to my area while making annoying baby noises gawking at the cuteness of any fur baby. I do live with my morkie, Cinnabon who’s a sassy baby boy. And my partner has his cats, Cheesecake and Chandler Bing who are very friendly towards everyone. All my pets are healthy and on anti flea/tic medications! I work per diem as a nurse meaning my shifts are sparse and short- so I’m home 90% of the time. I love spending my free time with both cats and dogs and would love to meet yours! I have a small fenced yard that is regularly mowed and cleaned. I always replenish the water periodically. I keep my home tidy since I’m used to being around many animals at once. For baths, I either use my tub or the laundry sink basin for my own dog. As for cats, I do have the mesh bath bag that prevents them from clawing. I’m very gentle with my own pets!

About: I've always loved all animals since I was a kid but have a special affinity for dogs and cats. I lost my sweet pup, Ewan, in 2019 to Hemangiocarcoma (a blood cancer) and to this day I still mourn him and can feel his presence in my life. I also lost my dear cat, Figaro, last year to natural old age causes. I'm a very good dog and cat dad and miss them terribly. In the past few years, so many friends and family have asked me to pet sit their fur babies and they always remark that they know their dog or cat is in the best possible hands with me. That they can actually relax on their trip because of how responsible and devoted I am to their pets and how much their pets adore me. Everyone has been encouraging me to sign up for Rover and now I'm finally doing it! I honestly believe Ewan and Figaro guided me here in their own way to spend time with your beloved kiddos. I look forward to getting to meet you and your pets! I work remotely from home as a story consultant and my longest sessions are around 2 hours, so I have most of the day to hang out with your fur baby! If your pet is staying at my place, they'll most likely hang out with me in the large loft area where I work. So they won't be left alone (unless they're the type that needs their space!) The minute they tell me they need to go out for a walk or really just need attention, I'm all theirs. If they're used to taking naps or sleeping on the bed at night, that also is fine by me! :) If I'm at your place, of course I'll abide by your exact rules for them. I follow instructions well and provide plenty of photo updates so you can relax and know your fur baby is in good hands!

Jose’s services are great he communicates very well and he kept me updated each day with photos and videos of my dog and i can tell by looking at the photos and videos my dog really enjoyed himself. he enjoyed himself so much that he seemed so sad when we were in the car pulling off from jose’s house after pickup. Jose has his own pets as well which my dog got along exceptionally well with ,if you have pets and want to work on their socializing skills i definitely recommend you guys board or let your dog spend a day with jose .
