Jasmin took great care of our cat while we were away and kept us updated on how she was doing. She let us know when our cat wasn't feeling well so we could be prepared to take care of her when we got home. She even cleaned up our cat's messes for us so we didn't have to! We always feel better being away when Jasmin is there to take care of our cat.
Michael was an amazing cat sitter to our 3 indoor boys and took care of our 1 feral lady outside! He was there everyday we were gone at the boys “dinner time” without fail! I received adorable photos of the belly rubs and even my shy guy came out for treats! That’s a testament to the animal person Michael is! When we returned home from our vacation the house was exactly how we left it and the boys had plenty of food and water. Their boxes were clean and the area was tidy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
