Heather K.
“Heather is a really gentle soul, and is super knowledgeable with pets. She is always available to drop in at the drop of a hat to walk my dog or feed my cat. They both very much enjoy her visits. She also takes the time to show them love , pet them, and check in on their health and safety . She’s an animal lover and amazing caretaker. I highly recommend her for any of your pets!”

“We are so grateful for Rebecca, who came to feed our cat while we were away. She responds extremely quickly and we felt comfortable knowing our pet was in good care. Would highly recommend and definitely work with Rebecca again!”

May S.
“May took care of my dog (plural-- she knew one of my elderly dogs who has subsequently passed) for approximately two years. She provided walks (always punctual) as well as boarding over the weekends as needed. May worked at a dog daycare center so knew how to keep a firm and loving hand on the dogs. She kept multiple dogs in line on the occasional group walk my dog went on with her. May is a very warm person (seems like babies and dogs love her) in addition to being a very responsible person. She never let me down. I can't recommend her highly enough. Oh yes-- both my dogs love(d) her.”

Michelina S.
“Michellina is a very good dog walker. She takes care of my of my Boston Terrier, Oreo all of the time. Her dog, Hulk is very friendly and gets along with other dogs. I would highly recommend her for your dog.”

Berthie H.

Pam G.

“Pam was great. We booked on short notice for Christmas and the day after. She is great with dogs, even a slightly nervous pit bull mix like mine. This was the first time we used Rover and Pam made the process very easy. She communicated everything well and showed up right on time. Can't recommend her enough.”

Linda B.

“Linda did a great job giving my cat her medication among the other usual cat Sitting duties. Thank you!”

Armani B.

“As always, Armani welcomed our dogs as her own and went above and beyond to care for them. Our 3 doggos are quite a handful and she provides them the same love and care as we do. They love when Armani comes around and we love that. Best caretaker ever!! 10/10 highly recommend”

About: Hello, I’m a 30-year-old young professional with 23 years of pet-care experience and 7 years of experience as a media researcher. By day, I measure how many people listen to podcasts, radio, and streaming video. By night, I want to make a little side income on Rover while caring for your four-legged friend. I have just under 100 occasions caring for dogs, cats, and other pets. I’ve watched over animals in and out-of-home, from rural to urban settings, and even outside of the U.S.. I am joining Rover to make some extra side income and decide which type of dog i’d like to adopt in the future. I speak English and Spanish, as well as Dog and Cat I often kayak during sunrises on my days off, so i’m used to getting up early. Checking on our furry friend at the crack of dawn wont be a problem. My work day typically starts at 9am, but I currently choose when I work from home during the week, so I’m flexible when it comes to puppy play time during the day. My workday ends at 5:30pm, I usually transition to the gym, basketball, pickle ball or some form of physical exercise like walking your buddy until their “doggy-dorphins” kick in. I often find parallels between my job as a media researcher. Working with statistics, it’s essential to be highly detail oriented. One number off could result in poor decisions. Similarly, pet care requires you to understand and meticulously follow the guidelines provided by a pet owner. Every pet has its quirks. Preparation and adaptation to each pets’ needs can prevent run ins with unsafe conditions. My 1,200 sqft. apartment is suitable for small to medium-sized pets. It has been pet-proofed according to both Rover’s and American Humane’s guidelines. I don’t currently have any pets in my apartment. I have easy access to over 200 acres of pet-friendly parks. my preferred method of care is actively walking a pet. I believe exercise is one of the first and crucial steps to a happy and fulfilling life for both humans and our adorable pet friends.

Sandy P.
“sandy is the most caring and admirable pet caregiver that i know by far. What makes her great is her patience and desire that she has for pets and she acknowledges every needs and demands any caregiver can ask for. Furthermore, in my heart she’s the only person who does it with heart and nothing less and that’s says a lot about an individual like her.”

About: I have lots of experience with dog sitting, from shelties to labs to pit bulls! I am a go-to for my friends and family when they need someone trust worthy to watch their pups. I genuinely find joy playing games, going on long walks, and spending time with dogs! I grew up living with two Labrador retrievers and now live with my lab-Pitt mix, Madden! I work full time during on weekdays at GAF the roofing manufacturing company. But I am available nights during the week starting at 7pm. On weekends, I’m available mornings, days and nights! I do not have the appropriate space to care for another dog at my apartment, but I a have no problem coming to the dog’s home! Staying in a familiar environment will probably make the dogs feel more comfortable with someone new. I intend to provide individualized care for your pup as I know every dog has a different personality and different needs! I will follow any schedules and rules you set because you know your dog best! But I will make an effort to get to know your dog’s body language and mannerisms so I can predict what they need and provide the best care possible!
