“Maureen was an absolutely wonderful caregiver to Rocky! She was extremely accommodating of us dropping him off later in the day and picking him up early. She sent us updates, even though he didn't stay with her for long and eased our worries! We would highly recommend!”
“Here’s a polished version of your Rover feedback: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lineth was amazing with my pet! She’s very caring and made sure my pet felt comfortable and happy throughout the stay. I really appreciate how accommodating she was with my early drop-off and pickup times. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and caring.”

“Jaime was absolutely amazing with my dogs! They loved her so much. This was my first time leaving my dogs, and I was very nervous. Jaime made me feel comfortable, she sent me pics throughout my trip and kept me informed on what they were up too. I will definitely be using Jaime again and I highly recommend her!!!”

“Nan was absolutely amazing. This was my first time ever leaving my dog, who is very anxious without me, and she went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable. She sent so many pictures and videos, which truly put my mind at ease. Nan was so loving, patient, and caring, and it was clear my dog felt safe and happy with her. Thanks to Nan, I finally feel like I can enjoy work or personal trips without constant worry. I can’t wait to use her again and would recommend her without hesitation.”

“Jalisa was the sweetest since before we met in person! This was only the third time Angel has been away from me in 14 years, and I knew she was in good hands. Her and her family were so kind and welcoming! She sent pics and video and I could tell Ang was having a ball! I’m so glad that I found her and I will be booking more stays for sure.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience! Lupe was fantastic with our dog! He was very communicative throughout the stay, sending daily updates with pictures and videos that gave us total peace of mind. It was clear he’s experienced and genuinely caring — our dog was relaxed and happy when we got back. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would definitely book with him again! Highly recommend it!”

“Bonnie took amazing care of our yorkie Spike for 4nights. She and her husband scheduled a meet and greet where they had an initial interaction with Spike and talked to us about his needs/routine. Due to pancreas’s issues he is on a strict diet and likes to drink a lot of water. Bonnie accommodated this without issue, adjusted to Spikes routine, and gave him frequent potty breaks. She sent us pictures and videos multiple times a day, which I loved 🥰. We could tell he was comfortable by the images and when we returned to pick him up, could see that he was well taken care of and happy. Will definitely rebook again- Thank you Bonnie and family for taking such great care of Spike!!”

“Our Nora had another wonderful stay with Bhavani and her family. It's honestly her second home. They treat Nora so well, and Bhavani always keeps me up to date with feedings and videos of our pup playing. She outstanding”

“It was great experience working with Michale and Whitney. This was our first time leaving our puppy with someone else and they took great care of her. It was good knowing she was in family setting with access to fenced backyard. When we went to pick her up- we could see she was very happy playing with other dogs and Mikes kids. An overall thumbs up !”

“Alice was great. Sparky was so happy with her and comfortable that he almost did not see me when I came to pick him up. Would definitely recommend and we would be working with her again”

“Xander truly enjoyed his time with Laraine! She kept us updated the entire stay. You can tell she is a true dog lover. Would definitely recommend her and will rebook with her!”

“Pam is kind and reassuring. My old old beagle loved her and her husband. She sent me numerous updates and videos (all of which my dog’s tail was wagging and she appeared relaxed). Pam always responded promptly to my texts. I was able to enjoy an overnight wedding knowing that my dog was well cared for.”

“Yvette was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time boarding with Rover and it was a great experience. She treated my dog like her own & it was obvious they had a good time! Yvette sent lots of pictures & videos, took my dog on a bunch of long walks and played fetch. She has a great set up in her house with plenty of toys and the perfect backyard for play. Would highly recommend Yvette!”

“Dhruvit and his family took very good care of my girl Daisy. He eased any of my concerns with messages and photos during her stay, I highly recommend him for pet care.”

“Harleny was an awesome dog sitter. She took care of Ruby as if she was her own fur baby. Ruby also loved her a lot. She also shared lots of pictures and videos, which made me feel so happy and felt she was in safe hands even if we were miles away from her. Will definitely reach out to her on our next vacation.”

“Letitia was great! She made sure to update me with pics and videos every day. I truly believe Captain enjoyed himself with her dog Bentley, her children and her fenced in backyard. Being that we live in a townhome community Captain doesn’t get the luxury to run around without leash. The best part about Letitia is Captain was the only dog she dog sat during the week bc she respected the fact that he’s not fully vaccinated yet. 😊 I’ll definitely book again! Thank you Letitia.”

“Jenny is fantastic! She kept us updated with plenty of pictures and messages, which really put our minds at ease while we were away. We’re very happy with her service and would definitely trust her to care for our dog again.”

“Tanvi and her husband are lovely people. Callie had a wonderful time as was evident in the lovely photos Tanvi was SO considerate in sending us. We WILL be having Callie stay with Tanvi again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Highland Park
Charlene was absolutely amazing! As parents of our 9-year-old Havanese, we are very careful about who we trust to care for him, especially because he has anxiety and takes time to feel comfortable in a new environment. Charlene went above and beyond to make him feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Her patience, kindness, and genuine love for dogs were evident from the start. She took the time to understand his needs and gave him the attention and reassurance he needed to relax. We also appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious that he had been treated like a member of Charlene's family. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care Charlene provided. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable pet sitter. We will absolutely book with her again!

We can't thank Jacqueline enough for being able to watch Sedona on short notice. You were wonderful to go through her care instructions so thoroughly and for you and Mimi to welcome her into your home and shower her with loving care. All of the photos and updates were much appreciated!

This was our first time with a sitter and we could not have imagined a better experience! Jalisa was so kind and friendly she treated our pup like her own, and was so communicative throughout her whole stay! She sent so many great pictures, took her on multiple walks throughout the day, and was so interactive with our pup! As soon as we brought her, she was immediately comfortable with Jalisa and her lovely family. Our dog has stomach issues and can only eat certain foods and Jalisa was very attentive to her needs. Jalisa was also able to do grooming for her during the stay and our princess looks so good and smells super fresh! Will absolutley be bringing our girl back any time we need a sitter and for grooming as well! If you are looking for a sitter I absolutley recommend scheduling with Jalisa, truly such a positive experience!

Shreena took amazing care of Omy again! This time Omy stayed with her for an entire month, and everything was perfect. She treated him like her own, kept him happy and comfortable, and gave regular updates. At the end, she even gave him a bath which was such a nice touch — he came back super clean and fresh. Overall, we were very happy and will definitely book with her again!

Such a wonderful experience with Doug and Michelle. My very anxious dog looked relaxed and at home in every picture. Communication was easy and thorough. My pup's complicated medication and treat schedule were followed perfectly!! I very highly recommend this sitter!!

“I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! than Neha . She took such wonderful care of my pup while I was away. She made sure he was fed, walked, and given lots of attention and love. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos that kept me at ease. It was clear my dog felt comfortable and happy in her care. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend Neha to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”
