“Lineth was so kind and a great interim doggie parent. I felt completely safe with my 12-year-old at her home, knowing that she would be cared for as if she were her own. I got pictures and updates that made me feel less guilty about leaving her, as we went on our trip. Thanks, Lineth! Karmella says, see you soon!”

It was clear from the photos and updates that my dog was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Knowing my dog was in such good hands made it much easier to relax while I was away. Their home is welcoming, the fenced yard is perfect, and my pups had the best time playing with their kiddos and the other dogs. It truly felt like a second home for them. “I needed last minute boarding for my 3 month old puppy due to an unexpected emergency, and decided to reach out to Pam. I am so happy that we decided to go with Pam, as she provided exceptional care for our puppy. She messaged back nearly immediately, let us know when she is available for a call, and we discussed expectations and how she carries care for dogs throughout the boarding process. I felt immediately at ease, as Pam is very kind and easily diffused any anxiety that came with boarding our puppy. Pam gave us updates throughout the day and always responded quickly, reassuring me that I could give her a call when needed. I would 100% recommend Pam’s services to any dog owner who needs boarding in the area. Pam is an expert in this area, having cared for all kinds of dogs. Her knowledge is broad and she carries herself very well. Thank you so much! ❤️”

“Tanvi and her family were truly wonderful, as always! I can tell from all the photos and videos that Dante has the time of his life whenever he visits. He loves running around their large fenced backyard with the other doggies, snoozing on various comfy couches in their house, and getting all the pets & snuggles he could ever dream of. I would definitely go with Tanvi again (and again!) for future boarding.”

“I have a 12 yr cockapoo who requires daily medication. Noria has been our overnight sitter since April 2024. She only takes one dog in addition to her own sweet Milo. Noria is incredibly kind, smart, professional, loves dogs and has a gentle/loving way in interacting with my Kobe. She has been truly a blessing to find! My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. Noria is a genuine individual who has been a complete joy for our family to work with. We are so happy that she has been caring for Kobe. When we go away we know he looks forward to his time with Noria and Milo!”

“Very good with my pug. She took care of her like her own dog. The backyard was a huge plus. I also got regular updates about her eating and outings. The pictures and video updates were also helpful to put me at ease.”

“This was the first time since my boys were born in 2018 that they were dogsat by anyone else other than family and it was perfect. Bonnie and her family were fantastic. They kept my boys comfortable while I was away for a week and kept in constant touch to give updates and adorable photos so I could see how they were doing throughout the day. 100% would rebook in the future. Thanks Bonnie and Yee!”

Zuko can be quite picky with his food, but Kajal handled his needs with great care and made sure he was well-fed and comfortable. I highly recommend Kajal to anyone looking for a responsible and thoughtful sitter. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

Lineth was a great sitter! Our dog, Loki, is great but can definitely be challenging, so we’re always a little nervous leaving him, especially with someone new and for a longer stay. He was with Lineth for two weeks and seemed very happy and comfortable with her. She had great communication throughout his stay and sent us lots of updates, which we really appreciated and helped put us at ease. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Lineth watch Loki again!

Letitia was easy to work with when arranging boarding for my dog. She responded quickly to any inquiries and provided some pictures and updates of my dog while we were away. Letitia took really good care of my dog. When I need dog boarding again, I’ll be coming back!

Shannon was AMAZING with our pup! She sent us pics and funny updates throughout his stay, which made me feel so comfortable knowing that he was being taken cared of. She took him on tons of walks and to the fenced in dog park. She also let him make himself comfy on her couch and bed so he was cozy. I would definitely recommend Shannon and will definitely book with her again if she is available.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
