She was super communicative and always kept us posted with how they were doing, and we felt so at ease on our vacation. Our dog likes going to her place as there are usually multiple fur friends for him to play with. (He was happy to go there the second time, so that tells me he has enjoyed himself.) Lucy is friendly and quick to respond to communications. Her years is fenced and it seems like the dogs get to spend a lot of time out there, which is great for our dog.”
