We have the personal experience of 19 years, we are ready to tend to the needs that animals have. We are patient and careful, we are people with tremendous care.

About: I've always loved all animals since I was a kid but have a special affinity for dogs and cats. I lost my sweet pup, Ewan, in 2019 to Hemangiocarcoma (a blood cancer) and to this day I still mourn him and can feel his presence in my life. I also lost my dear cat, Figaro, last year to natural old age causes. I'm a very good dog and cat dad and miss them terribly. In the past few years, so many friends and family have asked me to pet sit their fur babies and they always remark that they know their dog or cat is in the best possible hands with me. That they can actually relax on their trip because of how responsible and devoted I am to their pets and how much their pets adore me. Everyone has been encouraging me to sign up for Rover and now I'm finally doing it! I honestly believe Ewan and Figaro guided me here in their own way to spend time with your beloved kiddos. I look forward to getting to meet you and your pets! I work remotely from home as a story consultant and my longest sessions are around 2 hours, so I have most of the day to hang out with your fur baby! If your pet is staying at my place, they'll most likely hang out with me in the large loft area where I work. So they won't be left alone (unless they're the type that needs their space!) The minute they tell me they need to go out for a walk or really just need attention, I'm all theirs. If they're used to taking naps or sleeping on the bed at night, that also is fine by me! :) If I'm at your place, of course I'll abide by your exact rules for them. I follow instructions well and provide plenty of photo updates so you can relax and know your fur baby is in good hands!

My 2 senior cats need daily medication (oral pills and topical cream) and Laura was comfortable with this situation. When we booked our vacation, months ago, they didn't need any medication, so finding the right sitter leading up to our time away was stressful for me, but Laura was great and helped me feel more at ease while on our big family vacation. It turned out that one of my cats would hide with each visit, which I'm sure was annoying to manage, but Laura stuck with it. We can't thank her enough for caring for our aging cats!”

About: Returning to Rover after a break. I am a dog mom and animal lover located in Woodbridge. I started out watching pets for friends and family. From dogs and cats to reptiles. My first ever job was at Camp Bow Wow, a doggy day care and boarding center. I spent time playing, feeding, and caring for dogs of all ages and sizes. I was also a volunteer at St. Huberts Animal Welfare Center. I took care of the cats and helped the dogs get exercise by taking them for long walks. I have a 12 year old shih tzu/poodle mix named Dusty who I adopted. Available most weekends and weekday evenings. My hybrid work schedule gives me some flexibility. Calendar with availability is updated regularly. Please message about weekdays as I may be able to accommodate Depending on the dog's energy levels we can sit and cuddle or walk and play. I will make sure they stay on their daily schedule of potty breaks and feeding. Can give oral medicine and crate as requested. Will give treats if allowed.

About: I’ve taken care of my own pets since I was 6, so I know how to take care of different pets no matter what kinda of pet is. I just love animals! , so I don’t mind taking care of them. :> I am currently working part-time in a university dining hall in the afternoons , where I work every other weekend. I have classes in the mornings; however, I am fully available during school breaks, and my sister and parents help me taking care of the pet when I’m not at home.(My schedule might change when classes start) I have a younger sister of 11 years friendly and loves pets. I don’t have my own yard but outside my house there’s a nice space for pets where they can run, walk safe. It’s like a nice big green yard basically.

About: I’ve had multiple animals growing up, I’ve always been the friend/ family member that was asked to care for pets. I’m very patient and adapt very well to different routines and conditions. I only work three days out of the week so i’m pretty available for your needs! I have a dog of my own and he’s always had time to be walked and fed on time! My dog is a quiet shy guy, he free roams in the house is walked regularly and fed on time, I’ve mostly done check ins at the clients home, never had any issue following their routine with feeding or walking.

While I took a brief break from Rover, I am so excited to be back doing what I love most: providing top-tier, reliable care for your fur babies. Over the years, I have specialized in advanced pet care. I am fully confident and experienced in administering medications, including both oral treatments and injections. I also have a deep tenderness and specialized experience caring for blind and deaf dogs, ensuring they feel safe, secure, and loved. Don't worry if your pup is on the younger side, though—I have plenty of stamina to keep up with high-energy puppies who need lots of playtime! In addition to dogs I have experience with single or multi-cat households as well as exotic pet care like birds, turtles, lizards, chinchillas, and fish Dog Room and Care Services for Your Furry Friend Your beloved pet deserves the best and I am excited to offer a dedicated dog room in my home that provides everything your pup needs for comfort, including crates, couches, and cots. I guarantee your furry friend will have plenty of playtime and potty breaks, alternating every 2 to 3 hours between indoor and outdoor activities. Please note that all new guests are required to have a meet and greet prior to booking their stay, and unfortunately, same-day bookings cannot be accommodated. My goal is to stick to your pet's schedule and ensure that every stay is a positive and enjoyable experience. I have a fenced in yard and dedicated dog room. For any pups who may not be adjusting to the pup room I do allow them in other areas of the house.

About: I have 2 small mixed playful and friendly dogs. I am a dog lover and truly enjoy the time I have with each dog in my care. I have a breezeway where your dog can stay and hang out. The breezeway has sliding dooos that open to a large, fully fenced backyard. My work as a home care Physical Therapist allows me to have a schedule that is flexible. I am able to check in intermittently on the dog(s) during the day for potty breaks or as needed as I work close to, or around my home. I can provide medications, shots, etc as needed. I am also very flexible with the dogs in my care and provide attention and love each one as if he or she was my own fur baby. I et them sleep on my furniture or bed if that is what they like. My home will be a safe and comfortable haven for your furry child(ren). And you can relax while on vacation. My work as a home care Physical Therapist allows flexibility and I am able to do drop ins as needed. I can also pick up and drop off dogs if requested. I have a large fenced backyard and 2 friendly dogs who will keep your fur child(ren) company. I make sure each dog gets the attention and care they need.

About: I've had small to medium sized dogs but that does not limit me to any other sizes. I enjoy having dogs as company and playing with them till we’re both tired. I work from home and will go to the office at least once a month if needed. My work schedule is 9AM-5PM but I would be able to take your dog outside throughout the day. I live in a friendly and quiet neighborhood and parks are also available near me. I have the flexibility to drive any distance between 5-15 miles away from my home. Please require any special instructions that you would like followed for your dog and any health concerns they may have. Can't wait you meet you and your furry friend! I wake up every morning at 6:00 AM, which allows me to provide early morning potty breaks, feedings, walks, or check-ins without rushing. Since I’m not currently working outside the home, I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate my time and attention to caring for pets throughout the day. Whether your pet needs multiple visits, long walks, playtime, medication, or simply companionship, I’m available to give them the love, care, and consistency they deserve while you’re away. When your pet stays in my home, they’ll be treated like part of the family. I have a friendly, spayed female dog who gets along well with other dogs, and your pet will have plenty of opportunities for supervised play and companionship if they’re comfortable with other animals. My apartment community also has a large grassy area that’s perfect for walks, potty breaks, and exercise throughout the day. I’ll follow your pet’s usual feeding schedule, provide fresh water, plenty of playtime, cuddles, and a safe, clean environment to help them feel comfortable and at home. My goal is to make their stay as stress-free, fun, and loving as possible while you’re away.
