About: Hello! My name is Sara, I am an elementary school ESL teacher (which means I have fingerprints on file and have passed a background check!) I love animals and have been taking them in since I was very young. I currently have a dog, 2 chickens, and 2 guinea pigs, but have also owned cats, hamsters (Syrian and Dwarf Russian), a hedgehog, ferrets, fish, and rats. I am comfortable with any other type of small mammal, amphibian, reptile, or fish, and am comfortable (and happy to!) take care of and feed any of the animals listed above. I am big believer in the golden rule, especially when it comes to animals - treat all pets as I would like my own to be treated. I go to great lengths to ensure any animal under my care is happy, safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. I am currently telecommuting, and am very flexible in regards to my time. About: Love dogs and would love a chance to play with yours! Used to be an athlete in college and definitely willing to run around to tire out your dog. Also I live close to a dog park and lots of great trails to walk on. My apartment is dog friendly and will be able to walk around my area at night as well without any issues. I currently have one dog, a toy poodle and a cat. Both are very friendly, although the toy poodle just wants to cuddle all day and the cat just wants to eat nonstop. The toy poodle Mocha, enjoys playing with dogs and people. My cat is also very friendly. I’m available to pet sit before 8a and after 5p on weekdays. If needed, I may be able to stop by midday on weekdays. On weekends, I am available all day. I will clean up after your pet and try to take in any mail/packages. I will also try to take out any trash from cat litter or food cans while you are away.
