About: Dog hair is my daily uniform, but experience is my strength. From playful pups to seniors and special needs companions, I provide compassionate, reliable care tailored to every dog. I work from home Monday through Friday, so your pup will get lots of attention and care. I’m available most weekends and will never be out of the house longer than it takes to run some brief errands. I have a fenced yard and provide full supervision. Dogs can be separated or crated if requested, ensuring a safe, calm environment tailored to each dog’s needs.
“Natalia and Ilian were terrific. They took Maisie on a long walk, gave updates, and made us feel assured that our dog was taken care of. Maisie was really tired when she got home, which was great! I would definitely recommend Natalia and Ilian to anyone looking for a Rover employee!!”

“Bonnie was the absolute best! Very last minute accommodating and provided plenty of updates with pictures and text. She kept really good care of my dog! Would highly recommend.”

“A returned customer. Yanina is very patient and accommodating. She made sure our puppy’s specific needs were cared for and was very understanding when we were late for pickup.”

“Can’t recommend Courtney and Sherwood enough. They are both very friendly, kind, and took care of my dog like it was their own. My dog has separation anxiety and they made sure to send pictures and updates throughout the day to let me know how he’s doing. You guys are great and I would strongly recommend you to anyone. Yogi told me to tell you thank you!”

“I am very happy I found Jose. He took my babies in at the last minute and was great at keeping in contact with me and sending pics and videos. If I ever travel back here with my pups again he will be my go to.”

“We needed a sitter last-minute, & were lucky to find Dhruvit. He’s a very nice guy with an entire house & yard that our dog got to enjoy. When we arrived, the sitters’ mother was also there, & both of them were so sweet with Diego! We immediately felt comfortable leaving him in their care. When we picked up Diego, he looked like he had a great day (with some sitters, we can tell he feels anxious to leave, but he was completely comfortable with them). The sitter gave snacks per instructions & provided pics throughout the stay, plus took the time to provide a quick summary at pick up. Strongly recommended!”

“Jacqueline is amazing!!! We have a new puppy and Jacqueline made her so welcome and comfortable. I am truly grateful for everything she has done to support our newest family member!!”

“Jennifer is amazing. She kept me informed throughout the whole day and took care of my pup like he was her own. I can tell he was very well taken care of! I also love that she has two little dogs as playmates and young children that also enjoyed playing with him.”

“William is an excellent Dog Sitter. His hours are very flexible, if I get stuck at work a little late. My dog loves him. As soon as we pull up to the house, he starts wagging his tail all excited to go visit his new friends.”

“Bhavani is excellent and goes beyond to give your fur baby the care needed..she takes care as if he's the own child..she plays with him and even more ..she provides timely update and videos .you can trust her completely with your fur baby.”

“Joy had very good time with Sudhesh and his family. He regularly sent us pictures and updates. She felt at home and playeda lot with their dog. I recommend him and will definitely contact them again for future dog sitting/boarding.”

“Gurdeep was able to put all my fears at rest. This was the first time we boarded Sasha and I can’t say enough about how happy she was. The house was clean and welcoming. I will definitely bring Sasha again.”

Repetition and Redirecting with positive reinforcement are the keys to a well behaved pup. I will offer only what is best for your furry friend. About: For years, I’ve been trusted by friends and family to care for dogs of all sizes and personalities, whether it’s energetic puppies, strong large breeds, or mellow older dogs. I also have experience providing medicine for both dogs and cats, ensuring they get the right care when they need it most. I know how important it is to keep pets active and engaged, so I make sure every dog gets plenty of walks, playtime, and attention tailored to their needs. Being an active caregiver, I enjoy staying on the move and making sure each furry friend feels loved, safe, and happy while in my care. I currently work four days a week and have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide care and walks Monday, Wednesday through Sunday. This gives me ample time for multiple walks per day, accommodating different feeding routines, and plenty of playtime. Whether it’s sticking to a schedule or adding in extra activity, I make sure each pet gets the care and attention they need. Depending on your dog’s training and routine, I can follow your directions for crate use, provide free roam in my apartment, or stick to the setup you prefer. Since I don’t have a yard, I make sure dogs are leash trained and enjoy regular walks in my neighborhood. Walks can range anywhere from 1 to 3 miles, depending on your dog’s needs and your request. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well-cared for in an environment that matches their routine. In your home, I would follow careful instructions with walking, feeding, and playing.

Apollo had a great time with Natalia and Ilian. He had a few furry friends joining his stay and you can tell that he got lots of love and play time. Felt like I dropped him off at school. Came back with a pic and colored picture from his little human friend😍. The pup was tired the next day. P.S. we have a language barrier but I think it's amazing regardless of that barrier, we are still able to communicate the care for Apollo and there's no issue on the love they showed him.

Rupali did an excellent job of watching our dogs for doggy day care. She sent several photos and videos. She has a large fenced in yard and both my dogs loved playing there with her dog. My one dog that does not easily take to new people took to rupali within a few minutes - as evidenced by offering her belly for belly rubs.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NJ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
