“This was our first time boarding our dog, and it was also the first time being apart, so we were very nervous. Dhruvit and his family were incredibly welcoming and made our dog feel right at home right from the start. They ensured that our dog had a wonderful time during their stay. The day before boarding, our dog had a small injury, and Dhruvit was so attentive in making sure the area stayed protected, even applying the necessary medication and keeping our dog from licking it. Throughout the day, I received multiple pictures, which really put my mind at ease. Our dog particularly loved playing in the backyard, and I was reassured knowing it was a fully fenced area, as our dog is an escape artist. Overall, I’m so grateful to Dhruvit and his family for providing such great care. I feel much more confident about boarding our dog here again in the future.”
