The day before boarding, our dog had a small injury, and Dhruvit was so attentive in making sure the area stayed protected, even applying the necessary medication and keeping our dog from licking it. Throughout the day, I received multiple pictures, which really put my mind at ease. Our dog particularly loved playing in the backyard, and I was reassured knowing it was a fully fenced area, as our dog is an escape artist.
