Loving your pet, while you are away
I'm a licensed veterinary technician and been working in the veterinary medical field for many many years, currently a stay at home mom...I've had all sorts of pets through the years...I'm down to my 21 year old turtle named Guppy (my 18 year old dog, just past away in August), so she now rules the house! When we take care of people's dogs, my kids and I and my husband too, LOVE on them! We used to have 3 dogs, 5 cats, iguanas, gerbils, parakeets, hamsters, praying mantis, stick bugs, ant farm and many other small pets but they died at ripe old ages and we miss them terribly. I fostered some pets from where I used to work at the ASPCA. After losing our last furbaby, who was spoiled rotten and so extremely loved, we are taking a break from getting another, the grief was/is tough! But me and my family miss having furbabies around. When I introduced this idea to my family, after taking care of others pets, they were so excited to be doing this!! We get to have our fill of being loved and loving on pets ❤️ I homeschool my kids, so we are home most of the time, sometimes all the time, so your pet will get A LOT of attention...my kids were raised with and around so many pets and animals, and are super respectful and knowledgeable about pets as well. I hope you give us a chance to love your pet while you are away!!!

Jacqueline could not have been more accommodating and any better with Donny , we dropped him off early and picked him up late due to a scheduling conflict she was super cool with both. Kept us updated all weekend with Donny sending us pictures and keeping us in the loop. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a dog sitter. Thank you again !

I was skeptical at first leaving my sweet pup behind to go on a family vacation. Jackie and her family showed love, comfort, and peace. Everyday we received updates, pics, and videos. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. So grateful I found her and will definitely use her in the future.
My first time using Rover and it was great! I left my dog with Jacqueline and she was amazing! She offered a meet and greet to make me feel more comfortable with the entire process. While she had my dog over night, she was very good with sending me updates and pictures. In every picture she sent, my dog was smiling! That was enough for me! I will definitely be using her again!! I highly recommend her.
Jacqueline was incredible! Literally couldn’t have asked for more in a sitter for our dog Mabel. Mabel is a very sweet but anxious lady and wasn’t her best self when we dropped her off - barking and very anxious to be left. Jacqueline was very understanding and updated me soon after I left to let me know Mabel had calmed down and was doing well. She asked all questions necessary to ensure Mabel had the best and most comfortable stay possible, and Mabel did indeed have a great time! Jacqueline sent photos and updates the whole time we were gone and I felt very comfortable with Mabel’s care which allowed me to enjoy my time away! Will absolutely be using Jacqueline & fam again!

Schedule
I'm a stay at home, homeschooling mom, so we are home most of the time and if we do go out not for long, and if I have some notice I'll make sure not schedule anything more then 2-3 hours, especially for special needs pets

I have a big fenced yard, and a fenced deck, for them to go outside (doggie door on the deck)...the dog can sleep in our bed or on the dog bed in our living room
A typical day
We can take long walks, at the park (if the owner is ok with that). I have 4 kids who grew up having 3 dogs, between the 6 of us your pet will definitely have much play time! I have a long living/dining room, a fully enclosed deck, a backyard way we can throw a ball or whatever your dog foes to play
