Dogs deserve all we have to give
I've trained two huskies in a house with two cats. Huskies are known for their stubbornness and even so, my two guys have grown up to be great companions. All they ever needed was the plenty of exercise their breed demands, jobs to fulfill their instinct, toys, and incentive via treats to learn right and wrong. Our pets communicate their needs and wants with us; we just have to know how to listen. We believe in a positive reinforcement training method that rewards wanted behaviors and dogs are smart enough to realize what gets them paid in treats and belly rubs. We now have a great home with multiple pets living harmoniously and respecting each others boundaries. I firmly believe since we were able to accomplish that with what many people claim is a 'difficult' breed, we have the needed knowledge and ability to tackle any pet related situation.

I'm currently a full-time firefighter which means my schedule is all over the place but flexible. Send me a message with what you're looking for, and we should be able to come up with something together.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a 3 bedroom, 3 floor detached home with a fenced yard and screen porch. We have two friendly, socialized, and well-trained huskies at home that will make for great play companions for your fur baby. We can also have our home sectioned off in situations where your pup would feel more comfortable having their own space and crates of varying sizes available (If needed only. We wouldn't use them unless preferred by you.) We go on regular long walks and live an active lifestyle comprised of playtime in the yard, engaging mind games inside for the rainy days, and frequent trips to the park. We believe a dog deserves the best life possible so they are allowed on our furniture and bed and we simply deal with it by cleaning frequently because it's worth it for them. Of course, if you prefer we keep them off furniture, we will accommodate that.
Pets
A typical day
We have an open concept home with room to roam and various rooms and beds for rest as well as a 6 foot PVC fenced-in yard with a separate grass turf dog pen complete with a sand pit for digging and a dog house. On nice days, we go for a new walk around the neighborhood, never taking the same path, or make trips to the local dog park. When the weather isn't cooperating, we stimulate our dogs' minds with games inside like scavenger hunting for treats in our home.
