She got my Sebastian out of his shell, was so accomodating of his doggy anxiety, met him where he was but still got him out of his comfort zone (the house) and got him into the world a bit. They went on walks, to coffeeshops, he made some doggy friends, and he even got to go shopping! She sent photos everyday as well. She was great at following all of my tips and instructions for him and his meal plan, accommodated his quick about not using the bathroom on concrete and helped him become more of a city dog (we're from LA). I immediately felt comfortable with her, she was willing to have a FaceTime with me to show me her home so I'd feel comfortable leaving him for my trip when we got to NYC. George was honestly so great with Ollie! I was running a little late and had to leave in a hurry, but George was so understanding and made everything feel really easy. He was super kind, outgoing, transparent... which made me feel comfortable right away. Ollie immediately warmed up to him and George sent me the cutest photo of Ollie. Veronika did an amazing job caring for our dog and making sure he was safe. She sent plenty of photos and updates to make us feel comfortable. Jonathan and his wife were absolutely wonderful with Sana! We came to them after a last-minute cancellation, and I’m so grateful we found them. From the moment Sana arrived, they made her feel comfortable and at home in their cozy, welcoming space. They were incredibly attentive to Sana’s individual needs and so accommodating throughout her stay. She can experience some separation anxiety, which sometimes affects her eating, and they were exceptionally patient, persistent, and comforting with her until she settled into a routine. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was being cared for with that level of warmth and understanding. They also made her stay really fun, with walks, outings, playtime, and plenty of attention. I loved seeing the photos and updates of her enjoying herself and getting comfortable with Coco and Maya too. It was clear she was genuinely happy and well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially for Sana’s first longer stay with a sitter. Justin took excellent care of my dog, Milo, for an entire week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving Milo in his care. Throughout the stay, Justin sent daily pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind and showed that Milo was happy and well cared for. I couldn't have asked for a better boarding experience for Julia! From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in caring hands. Ming was incredibly flexible with our drop-off time because of the FIFA World Cup traffic, which took so much stress out of leaving for my trip. Throughout Julia's stay, Ming sent an abundance of photos every day. It was clear that Julia was happy, engaged, and being genuinely cared for. When I picked her up, she was relaxed, content, and obviously had a wonderful time. One of my favorite things about Ming's home is that Julia got to socialize with other dogs and enjoy all the activities in the backyard. It honestly felt like a fantastic summer camp for her! She came home happy, well cared for, and having had a great adventure of her own while I was away. I'm so grateful to Ming for treating Julia like family, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!
Maidely is incredible. She is so kind and so so gentle with our older pup. She treated him like her own and I felt so relieved to know he was in safe and loving hands. I cannot recommend her and her husband enough. My sweet boy can be anxious but he took to both of them immediately.
