About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats my entire life. At the moment I volunteer as a dog walker at the animal shelter. I currently have two cats. I live in a home with a separate bedroom reserved for your furry family member. Safety is my main priority. I have a lot of knowledge in what foods/plants/ etc. are harmful to animals. I work from home so I get lots of time to play and love on your pet with frequent walks. Overall, I am an animal lover, and I strive to make them feel safe and loved. I work from home part-time. I will be with your pet full-time every day with lots of time for love cuddles, play with frequent walks and potty trips. Your animal will not be with other animals and will have my full attention. Your pet will remain inside in their own bedroom. Of course for dogs we will be outside frequently for potty trips and walks around the neighborhood. I understand body language of animals and I take safety very seriously.
“Simply amazing! I will always ask Alekhandra to take care of my Bruno. This was my first time leaving my baby with a dog sitter and she made both Bruno and myself feel very comfortable and assured that he was in good hands. She even taught me how to properly get the harness on the puppy and how to train him for walks. She’s great and I’m more than happy with her services!”

About: I have been working with dogs for a lot of my life. I've owned two German Shepherds, Two Huskies and a Beagle Dachshund mix so I have dealt with a variety of different dogs. I worked for the Shelby Humane Society for almost 2 years helping animals get adopted. I put my all into caring for animals because it's something I love to do and i love dogs and cats or pretty much any animal for that matter so much so that I treat them like my own children. Your dogs are in good hands with me and no matter what after you receive my services you will be coming back for more. Have a great day everyone and I can't wait to meet your Furry Friends. I'm currently working with a gig agency so I work on my own schedule which gives me plenty of time to spend with your Furry Friends. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for your furry friends to run around and exercise. I also have two energetic children who love animals just as much as I do and they will give your furry friend just as much love as I will give them while they are inside my home because any animal that comes into my house is treated like my own child and like a member of my family. I'm also a certified license Advanced EMT so I have medical training under my belt for both animals and humans alike and that is another way that I will make sure your fur babies are completely safe while inside my home and in my neighborhood.
“Robin was wonderful! She sent me videos and communicated the whole trip! I was so at ease! My cat Charlie loved her! It makes it so easy to book a trip with worry! Thanks so much robin!”

“Kate came over and took great care of our two cats twice a day during our vacation. She gave us great pictures and updates, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our son’s wedding. I highly recommend Kate & Alex for your pet sitting needs.”

“Spencer was great! My cat warmed up to him quickly! He fed and played with her like how I asked. He communicated well and promptly. I asked him to drop off my packages and mail while I was away. He also agreed to do a neccessary last-minute task of picking up recyclables that had spilled out on at the front. Very helpful too!”

“We booked Michelle for a drop in after a meet and greet while we were present to get our anxious dog familiar with her. She was wonderful with our pups and now our newest addition. She follows the instructions given and after one meet and greet she knew exactly what to do with our dogs. Our anxious pup was jumping on her for attention and love and was amazing around her! Thank you for being patient and letting our dogs get familiar with you before our long trip this summer Michelle! 🩷🩵🩷”

“Tara did a great job again watching my kitties while we were away. I really appreciate that she always sends update photos and spends the time to play. She even cleaned up some unexpected messes (naughty kitty unrolled a LOT of toilet paper) which was much appreciated!”

About: I have over 16 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. Throughout this time, I have personally owned and trained multiple dogs, focusing on leash manners, basic obedience (sit, wait, leave it), and reliable potty training. I currently have three dogs of my own—a 70 lb Australian Shepherd mix, a 15 lb Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, and an 8 lb Yorkie—which has given me strong experience managing both large and small breeds. I am attentive, patient, and committed to providing safe, loving, and dependable care for every dog I work with. Pet care is already a consistent and important part of my daily routine. I currently work from home with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to plan my day around the needs of the dogs in my care. I am able to take regular walking breaks, provide timely feeding, playtime, and bathroom breaks, and adjust my availability to accommodate different schedules and last-minute requests when needed. Because I am home throughout the day, I can give dogs my full attention, monitor their behavior and safety, and ensure they receive both the physical exercise and positive interaction they need. This flexibility allows me to be dependable, responsive, and fully committed to providing high-quality, reliable pet care on a daily and weekly basis. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat them with the same respect and attention as I do my own. I carefully follow all provided instructions regarding feeding, walking, medication (if needed), and household routines. I make sure pets are exercised, fed on schedule, and given plenty of positive interaction and supervision.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own, Coquito & Tembleque (both rescues from PR!) and two loving cats, Meli and Luna (the queens of the house) and have trained them with a lot of love and treats, particularly cheese as it’s they’re favorite! I’ve also had a few years of experience at a pet hotel back home and loved my experience there. I’m a registered behavioral tech in training but when I’m not working with the littlest i love working with pets. I always make time for them. I am very trusty with crates and comfortable beds. Depending on the needs of the pet I can accommodate to both in or out of crates and/ or designated areas.
About: I have always had a pet growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion in learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care is from having my own pets, family pets and caring for others pets at work as a veterinary assistant over the years and I am currently in school for Veterinary Technician. I also do house visits for dog and cat nail trimming. I'm currently working 3-days a week I will have plenty of time to play with your pups. I'm available Sunday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at anytime needed. I have a fenced in yard with 3 great dogs. I care for my dogs in my house by letting them outside to burn off their energy and play with their toys. In the summer they will dive right into their doggy pool.

“Frankie was so flexible and reliably came through for me and my fur baby. He was thorough and assured me my kitty was in safe hands when we had our virtual first meeting and apt walk-through. He is an awesome pet sitter and I’m grateful to have had him recommended to me.”

About: I grew up loving dogs, as well as all animals. Ive worked hard at learning all the best tips and techniques in dog training, and devoted much of my free time to understanding all pups unique Personalities and tending to their needs. I started dog walking at 15 for friends and family and after word of mouth spread about my services, went on to pet-sit professionally. I’ve been doing that full-time for several years. I guess you could say that early childhood experience really resonated with me, as I’ve gone on to make pet-care a huge part of my life! Throughout the years I have gained so much experience caring for all types of dog sizes, breeds and temperaments. I have the training to back up my passion for pets and im more than capable at handling any pet challenge that comes my way! I take my business seriously and im professional and organized with any task given. My clients tend to book with me repeatedly because I listen carefully to their instructions and execute them completely. Dogs gravitate to my warm personality and can sense my genuine concern for their well-being. In my experience, dogs don’t take long at all to open up to me, but if your pup is a bit shy, I will take my time to earn their trust. I might even bring a treat or two to help them out! Rodrigo my partner has several years of experience as well both professional and personal. He’s Does handle most of the transporting and out of home care. He is also a lot more knowledgeable with behavioral & basic training if that’s something you’d need as well. The two of us together make an unstoppable team! Send me a message—dog walking and pet-sitting is my career so my schedule is open, flexible and ready to shape to your needs! We have two separate accounts on rover one for each location but I like to mention it here as well as we sometimes will need to take your pup for a ride to attend a walk or drop in. I’m a full time sitter/ walker I never leave any pups alone so we don’t use crates unless requested by the owner. Either Rodrigo or I will always be home with your pup. Our daily lives revolve around all the pups we care for, so we’re very flexible and try to always accommodate you. We’re able to accommodate both social pups and pups that are better off Alone. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Bayonne
Fernando and Milena were both amazing at giving Sora the utmost time and care when it came to their drop-ins. We received so many photos of her at home and on walks, and she looked very happy! I told them they didn’t have to walk her at night and could use the dog run, but they did anyways which I thought was super sweet. We really appreciated their clear communication and getting to schedule a meeting beforehand so they could meet Sora and for me to show them around the building/where all of her things were. Will definitely book again the next time we are out of town!

Antwan took great care of our cat and dog, since he has experience with both. Accurately documented their check-ins, gave Alfie extra walks and even took some time to shoe Coconut some tricks during playtime! Overall impressed with how happy they are after Antwans drop-ins!

This was my first time leaving my baby with a dog sitter and she made both Bruno and myself feel very comfortable and assured that he was in good hands. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
