Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away.
