Usually I have the same sitters so I was a little bit nervous (mostly after some back-and-forth with other potential sitters, it's a bit of a wild ride on Rover last minute HUH?!), we met and my pup got to meet Patrice's pups and get comfortable in their space. It was so appreciated to take the time to do that. NOT ONLY that but she worked around my pup's feeding and walking schedule, AND even offered to make homemade food when we ran out (my fault, last-minute!!). Shelly-Ann and Tyresse were amazing sitters for Gemini! They took such great care of him, and I felt completely comfortable and safe knowing he was with them. Shelly-Ann was very reliable and always sent me updates, which I really appreciated. She was also super accommodating when I wasn’t feeling well after my trip and needed Gemini to stay an extra day. I could tell Gemini felt really comfortable and at home with them. Even when it was time to leave, he was still looking for Shelly-Ann and seemed like he wanted to go back to her house! That definitely told me he enjoyed his stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely book with Shelly-Ann and Tyresse again. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the care and love they gave our dogs. Thunder and Bella are both older and have their own personalities, quirks, and special needs. George and Veronika took the time to understand them and made sure they were comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout their stay. Thunder can be sensitive and tends to pull on his leash, while Bella is more relaxed but needs occasional rest during walks and she will try to eat just about anything she finds outside! 🐶 George and Veronika were incredibly attentive to all of these details and handled everything with such patience and care. What meant the most to me was knowing that Thunder and Bella weren't simply being watched they were genuinely loved and treated like family. They received their walks, treats, attention, affection, and plenty of TLC. ❤️ George and Veronika were also wonderful with communication, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. It's such a relief to know your dogs are in the hands of people you can completely trust. I would highly recommend George and Veronika to anyone looking for exceptional, responsible, loving, and attentive pet sitters. Diana was absolutely amazing and did everything to make this a positive experience with this being the very first time my dog has been away from me. Her personality was sweet, kind, accommodating, and very understanding. The videos, pictures, texts, calls and FaceTimes let me know that Rico was safe, happy, and right at home during his time with her. She made sure he had his daily walks and was fed according to his normal schedule. Her dog Blue was also very sweet as well and tolerant of Rico’s puppy energy…our dogs played and walked together and became the best of friends while he was there. I highly recommend Diana and will definitely be booking with her in the future. Thank you again💙
Everything went well with the boarding. Ziming kept us posted with regular updates, which was exceedingly nice of her since there were a number of dogs boarding there. There is a back yard with dog toys. Can't say anything negative as she was kind to our dog and accommodating with our schedule.
This is the longest I have left Jax. I was unsure how he would be in a new surrounding and another pet. Taina, her family and Zeus were great with Jax. I received multiple updates throughout the day. He looked very happy. I would definitely consider Taina to pet sit again.
Keirstin was great and provided constant updates about our dog, which was really comforting while traveling abroad. She was very accommodating to drop off and pick up times as well as any other notes we gave her about taking care of our dog. We highly recommend her to anybody who wants peace of mind when traveling without their pet.
Ian was AMAZING to our doggie! She LOVED HER STAY!! We can tell she was taken care of so well. He gave us many updates and even shared pictures of her during her stay. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my baby. The sitter was incredibly attentive, updating me every day so I always knew he was doing great.
