We had only used rover once before and were nervous about leaving our pup with someone even for a day & that concern was immediately relieved after meeting George. They took such good care of him, met with us before hand, sent us a bunch of photo/video updates, took him on so many walks, honestly took such good care of our pup that we think he wanted to stay when we went to pick him up. Overall, a great experience with George and I would recommend anyone to use George the next time they need a place to board their pup when going away for a few days. I know we will!
This is the longest I have left Jax. I was unsure how he would be in a new surrounding and another pet. Taina, her family and Zeus were great with Jax. I received multiple updates throughout the day. He looked very happy. I would definitely consider Taina to pet sit again.
Keirstin was great and provided constant updates about our dog, which was really comforting while traveling abroad. She was very accommodating to drop off and pick up times as well as any other notes we gave her about taking care of our dog. We highly recommend her to anybody who wants peace of mind when traveling without their pet.
Ian was AMAZING to our doggie! She LOVED HER STAY!! We can tell she was taken care of so well. He gave us many updates and even shared pictures of her during her stay. Camille was great with Winnie! I got daily pics and videos, which helped put my mind at ease since this was the first time I was away from Winnie for a whole weekend. She took very good care of her and treated her like she was part of her family while she was there. I couldn't have asked for a better boarding experience for Julia! From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in caring hands. Ming was incredibly flexible with our drop-off time because of the FIFA World Cup traffic, which took so much stress out of leaving for my trip. Throughout Julia's stay, Ming sent an abundance of photos every day. It was clear that Julia was happy, engaged, and being genuinely cared for. When I picked her up, she was relaxed, content, and obviously had a wonderful time. One of my favorite things about Ming's home is that Julia got to socialize with other dogs and enjoy all the activities in the backyard. It honestly felt like a fantastic summer camp for her! She came home happy, well cared for, and having had a great adventure of her own while I was away. I'm so grateful to Ming for treating Julia like family, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!
Maidely is incredible. She is so kind and so so gentle with our older pup. She treated him like her own and I felt so relieved to know he was in safe and loving hands. I cannot recommend her and her husband enough. My sweet boy can be anxious but he took to both of them immediately.
