I couldn't have asked for a better boarding experience for Julia! From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in caring hands. Ming was incredibly flexible with our drop-off time because of the FIFA World Cup traffic, which took so much stress out of leaving for my trip. Throughout Julia's stay, Ming sent an abundance of photos every day. It was clear that Julia was happy, engaged, and being genuinely cared for. When I picked her up, she was relaxed, content, and obviously had a wonderful time. One of my favorite things about Ming's home is that Julia got to socialize with other dogs and enjoy all the activities in the backyard. It honestly felt like a fantastic summer camp for her! She came home happy, well cared for, and having had a great adventure of her own while I was away. I'm so grateful to Ming for treating Julia like family, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!
Nugget has a new auntie now. Taina was THE BESTEST EVER! Every picture was super cute. He looked so happy n SPOILED. I was worried he wouldn’t want to come home😂. Maidely is incredible. She is so kind and so so gentle with our older pup. She treated him like her own and I felt so relieved to know he was in safe and loving hands. I cannot recommend her and her husband enough. My sweet boy can be anxious but he took to both of them immediately. They were very understanding with our late booking and flight issues and sent regular updates and photos. They even got Abe to eat!! Nothing short of a miracle on a good day, let alone when he’s in a new place. Thank you, Maidely!!

My kittens were definitely well cared for. This was the first time they were away from us since we go them when they were one week old and it was 12 days. We fully expected them to let us know how upset they were with us; however they reacclimated quickly and are just seeking a little extra attention. I think Eimy did a great job.
I can’t recommend this sitter enough! They watched my cat for 5 days and did an amazing job. I received regular updates and photos, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. My cat was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. They were attentive, kind, and treated my cat like their own. Gabby, Dylan & family are amazing! This was my first experience on Rover and it was great! Gabby communicated with me the entire time, sending pics of Chippy in various stages of cuddles.
