“Oh my god she was truly such an amazing blessing because of her I was able to enjoy my vacation. It was the first time ever leaving my 7 month old puppy with anyone I was so worried and nervous and scared and it all went away immediately after meeting her. I was worried my dog would be a bother because he’s so active and I can admit at times wants to be on the couch. That all went away after seeing videos of my dog at the dog park for hours everyday having the time of his life and with pictures of my dog on the couch with her with big smiles. We can't say enough good things about Stephanie! Bowen stayed with her this weekend and had an amazing time. He got tons of social time and Stephanie kept us in the loop with several check-ins and photos. The best sign of all was when we picked him up, Bowen turned around and went back to Stephanie to say goodbye! Jiayi (and her partner) took care of my senior dog for two days and a night and were excellent from beginning to end. They were professional and kind, communicated well throughout my dog's stay, and the biggest positive proof at all was the affectionate goodbye my dog gave them--evidence of quick and genuine bonding. I would use Jiayi again in a heartbeat.

She was great with communication, always keeping us updated with messages and photos of Grizzly, which really meant a lot to us. What I appreciated most was how understanding and accommodating she was with our hectic schedule, especially when we had to deal with flight delays. She was incredibly flexible and made a stressful travel situation that much easier. It’s never easy leaving your dog behind, but knowing Grizzly was in good hands gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our family vacation.
