Jiayi (and her partner) took care of my senior dog for two days and a night and were excellent from beginning to end. They were professional and kind, communicated well throughout my dog's stay, and the biggest positive proof at all was the affectionate goodbye my dog gave them--evidence of quick and genuine bonding. Crystal was an absolute lifesaver. I contacted her last minute—the night before I needed someone to look after my English Bulldog for 3 days and 2 nights, including overnight stays at my house.
