Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. Yuan was great with our Willow. She is a great communicator and very easy to get along with. We booked with Yuan a bit last-minute as prior plans fell thru but she was very accommodating, especially as our drop-off was a bit hectic due to a storm hitting Hoboken. First off, I just want to say that Pearl is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! This was my first time ever leaving my pup with anyone besides family. She constantly updated me with pictures and videos everyday. You can tell she really cares about animals a lot. My dog was so happy when I came back but also cried when leaving her, that can tell you enough alone. Thank you so much again!!
Though new to Rover, Laura dove right into her caring role with our Cavalier. She had prepared questions and followed up on a question during the stay. We appreciated that interest. It was more than a boarding role as she accommodated his senior needs - she carried him on the stairs when needed and dispensed his medications. Laura did this without an issue. Griffyn enjoyed his stay - and we appreciated the attention and photos.
Yuxin was great! She took great care of Papi and made sure he felt comfortable the entire time. She sent plenty of photos and videos, which really put me at ease while I was away. It was clear she truly cared about keeping him comfortable and happy. I’d happily book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive sitter.
