Kayla is absolutely fantastic. She has the sweetest daughter who hung out with our pup a ton, I could tell our dog had an amazing time with Kayla and her fam. From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
