“I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Grace and Taha! Mowgli is a super friendly but VERY energetic one-year-old pup with absolutely no concept of personal space. This was his first time staying with a sitter other than his original trainer, and since I was leaving him for 10 days, I was pretty nervous. I spoke with several sitters before choosing Grace and Taha, and I’m incredibly glad I did. From the start, Grace was responsive and reassuring, even after I warned her that Mowgli can be a handful. Throughout his stay, they treated him like their own—following all my instructions, brushing him regularly, taking him on tons of walks and dog-park trips, and bringing him along with them. They also sent multiple photos, videos, and updates every day. He looked so happy that I genuinely started wondering if he’d want to come home! Around day six or seven, I asked if he’d had any accidents and found out he’d already had three. They hadn’t even felt the need to bother me about them, and when I apologized, they simply said he’s a puppy and it’s no big deal. That says a lot about how patient and experienced they are. An unexpected bonus: Grace is an amazing photographer. The photos and videos she sent were incredible, and she even offered to upload everything to a Drive for me afterward. I’m incredibly grateful I found them. Grace and Taha will absolutely be my first choice whenever I travel going forward, for Mowgli and my other dog as well. I’d recommend them without hesitation. About: I’ve had a puppy since he was a few months old and he is now 10 and i help my family take care of two other puppies. I love long walks or runs and will be available around the clock because I work from home. I work from home so will be available around the clock. I am also into fitness so I love runs and walks. I make sure to make food for them weekly but I do also follow meal plans as needed. I have 3 dogs total however I don’t have a yard so I walk them constantly with the help of my family. I am strict on dietary needs for them because I love a healthy dog. So any scheduled feeding is good. Also available throughout the day.

About: I am an animal-loving, high school science teacher, located in Harrison, NJ (previously in Secaucus, Jersey City and Union City). I welcomed my own puppy home in May 2021 and have plenty of experience taking care of my sisters’ three dogs. I live in a spacious townhouse at a pet-friendly complex that has its own dog park. I’m very good with strict schedules & routines and love taking pictures & videos of my furry friends, so their humans won’t have to worry! I am at work from 7:30am to 4pm every Monday to Friday. I can do check-ins outside of these times. I can board and do doggy daycare only on weekends (starting Friday evening) and my days off, as I do not feel comfortable leaving any animal alone while I’m at work. I am a school teacher, so during the summer, I’ll be home for a majority of the day throughout the week! If I have to leave a pet alone, I will use a pet gate, playpen, or crate as needed so no pet gets into any dangerous situation. For check-ins, I will keep your space as clean as possible, so your pet doesn’t get in any icky situations! I will respect your home and always communicate what I’m doing.

About: I’ve had my own cats and one dog throughout my childhood. They are the best parts of life. In addition, I have walked and watched dogs and cats for my friends and neighbors since high school. Dogs of all kinds and size - from pit bulls to corgis. Their ages have range from puppy to senior dogs, so I have experience with the more specific needs of older furry friends. I’m currently taking a course for social media marketing, so I’m looking for part time opportunities. There would be nothing better than getting to spend my extra free time with your furry family members. The nature of my course (that I make my own schedule) will allow me to be extremely flexible with your hours throughout the day and evenings. It is imperative that a dog/cat’s specific needs are thoroughly understood so that they can be best cared for in their home or mine. It is a privilege to be in an animals life, and it is only right that we do right by them. Once I do extensive research into their needs and routine, I will make sure to replicate those needs and routines when they are in my care.
