Tanacka did an amazing job taking care of my two cats. She sent me updates and pictures while I was away, which made me feel so much better knowing they were doing well. My workday follows a consistent routine, allowing me to provide dependable pet care before and after school, as well as on weekends, holidays, and school breaks. I enjoy spending my free time caring for animals by taking them on walks, engaging them in playtime, and making sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and companionship. During the summer and other school vacations, I have even greater flexibility to provide extended care, overnight stays, or multiple daily visits. Being a teacher has also strengthened my ability to stay calm, follow detailed instructions, and recognize individual needs, which helps me provide personalized care for every pet. Whether it’s maintaining feeding schedules, administering medication, or simply making sure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away, you can count on me to provide reliable and compassionate care every time.

Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I strive to maintain their normal routine to help them feel relaxed and secure. I carefully follow all feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any special care requests you provide. I create a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and supervision. I make sure they have access to fresh water, a safe space to rest, and opportunities for exercise and mental stimulation. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect your home as if it were my own. I keep the space clean, secure, and follow any household rules or instructions. I also provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and cared for, while giving pet parents confidence that their furry family member is in trustworthy and dependable hands.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and engaged! Depending on each pet’s personality, age, and energy level, we’ll enjoy activities like walks, fetch, tug-of-war, interactive toys, puzzle games, and plenty of playtime. For pets who enjoy being outdoors, we’ll spend time exploring safe walking routes and getting fresh air and exercise. For cats and more relaxed pets, I provide interactive play with toys, gentle brushing, cuddles, and quiet companionship. I also enjoy reinforcing basic commands with positive reinforcement and rewarding good behavior with treats (if approved by the owner). Every pet is different, so I tailor activities to their individual needs and comfort level. Whether your pet loves to run and play or simply curl up for belly rubs and affection, I’ll make sure they receive the attention, enrichment, exercise, and love they deserve while you’re away. My goal is for every pet to have fun, stay safe, and feel like they’re spending time with a trusted friend.
