Welcome! We’re a boutique, in-home dog care service offering a safe, personalized, home-away-from-home experience for every dog. With decades of experience caring for dogs of all ages, personalities, and needs, our home was recently redesigned with dogs in mind. We’d be happy to show you around during a meet and greet! We intentionally welcome only a limited, carefully selected group of guest dogs so every pup receives the attention they deserve. Doug, Luiz & the Ink & Tails crew Did an amazing job caring for our one year old Bernadoodle and our 13 year old chihuahua. They were attentive, provided frequent updates, and most importantly treated our pets with the love and care they have for their own. We are lucky we found them and will definitely be using their services again in the future. 🐶
Doug is excellent with my anxious senior dog. He is very communicative and makes sure my dog is well cared for. My dog has separation anxiety and it’s been great having a place for my dog to go and socialize/spend time outdoors in the back yard. My dog even spent the night once and did great. I highly recommend Doug!
Doug and Luiz were both very warm and clearly TOTAL dog lovers! Sunny was perfectly cared for, communication was excellent, and she had a great time at "camp"! Thank you!!!

Schedule
Pet care is built into our daily routine, and someone is home throughout the day. Dogs are never simply “checked in on”—they’re part of our everyday life, receiving regular potty breaks, supervised play, enrichment, rest, meals, and plenty of one-on-one attention.

Safety is at the center of everything we do. Our home features a fully fenced backyard, a dual-gated entry system, and constant supervision throughout the day. We carefully introduce dogs based on their personalities, monitor all interactions, and adjust each dog’s routine to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and successful during their stay.

A typical day
Every day is tailored to the dogs staying with us. Depending on their personalities, they may enjoy backyard playtime, enrichment activities, games, relaxing around the house, or spending one-on-one time with us. We balance activity with downtime so every dog feels comfortable and at home. Along the way, we capture photos, videos, and create our signature Stay Care Report Cards to share their adventures with you.
