Long walks & endless cuddles!
My loving pet sitting services comes with long walks, access to my fenced in back yard, and endless cuddles and play time with my family (including 3 kids ages 10, 10, 13). I can set up gates to restrict access if needed but I generally give dogs full run of my first floor, including sofas, so I generally limit day care and overnights to fully potty-trained dogs with zero aggression. I don't accept dogs from multiples homes in 1 stay but am open to more than 1 dog from the same home coming together.

Heather and her family were so sweet with my Buzz! I’ve had the same dog sitter for years, so I was nervous when I suddenly needed to find someone new. From the start, they were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with him, which gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to truly enjoy my trip. They also have an amazing backyard where Buzz could run around, play, and make himself at home. I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. I highly recommend Heather and will absolutely be using her again!
I left my 13 year old dog Abby with Heather. She was so well cared for. I will definitely leave Abby with her the next time I need dog boarding. Highly recommended!!
Heather has cared for our 2 year old pup twice now in her home. Both times her entire family was eagerly waiting for his arrival and they were so excited to welcome him in. She follows his schedule and routine and communicates daily. I know he is loved and spoiled when he is there!

We couldn't have asked for better care of our maltipoo Betty! Heather, and her whole family, were incredibly loving and attentive, took all the right safety precautions with gating, and treated Betty like part of their family. Betty got lots of playtime, kept us updated with photos, and made sure she was happy and well taken care of. We had no worries while we were away and came home to a very happy Betty. We highly recommend Heather and would happily have her care for Betty again.

Schedule
I work from home and my kids walk themselves to school and sports, so I'm very flexible to take your dog out to the backyard as often as needed, and we can also do several short walks and/or a longer walk, depending on what they like. With play time and cuddles thrown in throughout the day, of course!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 6' high fenced in back yard, however we do have the occasional rabbit or ground hog digging under the fence, so we can do a perimeter check before letting small dogs run free, or I can keep them leashed for potty breaks. It's totally up to you if you want them to run around freely or not, but we are always out there supervising.
A typical day
I'm very flexible and do my best to keep to your dog's schedule, but typically weekdays look like: 6:15am - Wakeup, feeding dog and taking outside, getting my kids ready and off to school. 8am - Morning walk with the dog. 9-3pm - Working from home on the main floor of our home, where your dog will have free run. They can sit with me at my desk, be on "neighborhood watch" from the sunny spot in front of our locked glass storm door. I take breaks to play catch, give belly rubs, run around in our fenced in back yard, and take a midday walk if they are used to it. Afternoon - kids come home, lots of playtime inside and in the backyard! 6pm - dinner and evening walk and/or playing in the backyard 10pm - bedtime - bring your crate if it's a safe comfy space for them, or bring a pet bed and they can sleep in my bedoom (but not in my bed)
