About: I am comfortable with animals of all ages and size and love spending time with them. I would welcome any opportunity to help out with caring for the fur babies of fellow pet parents. Currently, I work a 9 to 5 with 3 remote days so pet care can fit easily before, after, or during work when I am at home. In September, I will be working 3 times a week as a Nurse Aide and am able to pick my own schedule. I will have free time to walk or pet sit throughout the rest of the week and am able to adjust my schedule to meet the needs of the family. I am conscious of the importance of understanding the nature of the animals we care for and make an active effort to keep my space as cat friendly as possible for my pets. I make sure all dogs and cats I interact with feel calm and safe in my presence so they can trust me.

I believe pets should be treated with love and a concern for their comfort, happiness and well-being. After owning a retail business for many years and then working for a major national bank, it was time for a change. Why not do something that involves my love for pets? Dog walking was the answer. For the past nine years I've been delivering dog walking services to pet owners ensuring strict supervision of pets during walks while providing a safe and nurturing environment for dogs with different needs, temperaments and medical conditions. Most importantly, you can rest assured that the safety, security and well-being of your dog will always be my number one priority. What makes me different is that your dog is walked by one consistent walker--me. There's no rotating cast of walkers and no wondering who is coming to your home. I get to know your dog's personality, routine, and individual needs, while you always know exactly who is caring for your pet. And I love keeping owners in the loop! I regularly send photos from our walks, and one of my favorite things is hearing from owners about how much they enjoy seeing their dogs having fun. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your dog and become someone you can count on. I'm available for dog walking and drop-in visits for dogs or cats, Monday through Friday between 8 am & 4 pm. I’m not usually available on weekends, however, if you’re in a bind and need a walk or a visit on a Saturday or a Sunday, and I have no plans that weekend, I most likely will be able to do it as long as it’s no later than 12 pm. For your dog's safety, dogs are prolific sniffers, inevitably putting things in their mouths that they shouldn't. I pay close attention to and keep a watchful eye on the ground to make sure your dog doesn't put anything in its mouth that can be harmful. In the unlikely event your dog or cat needs medical attention, I’m certified in cat and dog first aid by the American Red Cross.

Brian went above and beyond to take care of our senior pup while we were away. He kept in contact with Luna's anxious mommy (me) all weekend with updates and double checks. Because Luna needs some extra help, Brian made sure that she was able to take care of all things - Luna was a happy girl when we got home, no doubt due to being well taken care of!
