About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and understand that every pet has unique needs at every stage of life. I helped care for my family’s West Highland Terrier for nearly 18 years, giving me experience with everything from energetic puppy years to the extra patience and attention senior dogs need. I also have experience caring for my parents’ young dog, dogs in my extended family and am comfortable keeping up with playful, active pets. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving owners peace of mind that they’re in caring, dependable hands. I work as a public school music and performing arts teacher. I also teach private music lessons in the late afternoons (typically between 4:00 and 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday), but I’m happy to work with clients to find times that fit their pets’ needs. Depending on location and scheduling, I may also be able to accommodate visits between lessons. I also have availability on Fridays and weekends, making it easier to provide reliable, consistent care. I believe communication is key and will always do my best to be flexible while ensuring your pet receives the attention and care they deserve. When caring for pets in your home, my priority is helping them feel comfortable by keeping them in their familiar routine. I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any other preferences you have for your pet’s care. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15. From puppies to seniors! I love them like my own. I am a God fearing woman and animal lover with maternal instincts. I have experience with disabled pets as well and pets with dietary restrictions. I have a very flexible schedule and am currently open for full time. I already pet sit once a month for a week at a time. I tidy up the litter boxes and do light cleaning around the house. clean the floors, sweep and mop. Take out trash, walk the dog or play time.

About: Our Why? We have Huskies, and while still offering our service to other breeds, we highlight that it takes a fellow Husky owner to understand what a Husky needs. Despite their mischievous shenanigans, Houdini escape attempts, endless fur-sheddings, high-pitched vocalizations, bubbly, energized personalities, and hyperactive frolicking, we adore huskies. We understand finding experienced, dependable, loving, and trustworthy caregivers for your Husky isn't easy. That's why we are here to help. We currently have two friendly young huskies (one male and one female- fixed and crate-trained). We also have experience with English bulldogs, Sharpeis, Chow-Chows, Labs, Doodles, and Boxers. We only offer care for dogs based upon the comfortability of the match to our pet-care style and demeanor. We love our pets as we will love yours. We are focused on weekends, holidays, and summer care. We are open to possible weekday arrangements if your dog is crate-trained. Before booking us, a drop-by visit is required to test the compatibility of all humans and dogs. A few things: Special note-while we have never owned a French bulldog, we are particularly interested in learning to care for this breed. Your pet must be spayed or nurtured to receive boarding in our home. Also, we are sorry but we cannot offer care for full or mixed Pit Bull breeds. How does pet care fit into your daily and weekly lives? Our pets receive two meals a day, comprising dry food and water. Our pets are crate-trained and remain crated when owners are away. Most of the time, there is an adult in the house. Our dogs can access a large fenced backyard with green grass and trees. Our dogs walk with owners through nearby Branch Brooke Park and visit the dog park almost daily. Our dogs are crated during adult meal times and sleep in the main bedroom on the floor, side couch, or end of bed at night. We maintain a clean home and provide puppy pads during inclement weather to avoid mud and chaos. Pets have access to some rooms, but not all rooms in the house. Toys and treats are provided regularly. Linens on beds where animals may sleep are washed and switched out regularly. Our gate is blocked off on both sides because huskies are known for escaping. Our pets have ID collars and ID dog tags and wear GPS trackers during the day. Our dogs are up-to-date on immunizations and have been spayed/neutered. We don't hit our dogs with our hands or objects but use basic word commands. Training dogs is always a work in progress. They are both loved for their uniqueness. We only plan to care for pets in our home. We have a large and welcoming home.

About: Experienced pet sitter. My family and I have had dogs and cats as pets for over 25 years. We have also rescued stray cats and dogs. More recently, I lived with three dogs (all different breeds and sizes) for a year. I have some experience with training puppies and so I enjoy keeping up with any training/habits they have on walks, etc. I dont have any of my own fur babies as of now. But, I look forward to taking care of your pet as my own! I am currently working remote. I enjoy waking up early and taking them for a long walk. As my own rule, I avoid the dog park and any encounters with leashed/unleashed dogs. So, I will usually let them sniff on their walks or have leashed play time at the park. I have toys but I also enjoy doing indoor playtime. I also have no other pets in the apartment and I have a grassy area closeby. It's easy to walk around the neighborhood.

About: I’ve taken care of bigger dogs like mastiffs, greyhounds, and many more. With also maintain strong connections with not only the dogs but the caretakers of these pets. In stressful situations I remain calm and can handle shy or reactive dogs. I’m willing to take dogs on hikes the park or exciting adventures. I’m currently a full time student in New Jersey but I’m constantly back in the city of Washington, D.C. At night I have the most free time during the beginning of the weekdays but towards the weekend my schedule free’s up for any time. I pay very close attention to the pets movement, and signs that it might need sorry or something may be wrong. In both my home and clients home I would apply this as well as on walks.

About: I’ve cared for puppies and elderly dogs. I have comforted, cleaned and cared for dogs of all sizes. I loved taking my family dogs to the dog park or trail. I currently work part time so I can take your dog to their favorite place. Also care for your dog if they need company during a rainy or noisy day (fireworks). IYKYK I start by scanning the premises to take preventative measures for any hazards. I will also make sure the dog is within my sight at all times.
