About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and understand that every pet has unique needs at every stage of life. I helped care for my family’s West Highland Terrier for nearly 18 years, giving me experience with everything from energetic puppy years to the extra patience and attention senior dogs need. “Right from the very first message interaction, Mimi made me feel assured, confident and so happy we found her to take care of our two adorable cats. They hadn’t been left alone overnight for a few years so we decided to opt for housesitting and we couldn’t be more pleased! Mimi came over for an introductory meeting and both cats took to her right away! Her gentle and caring manner comes across immediately and our usually skittish cats felt safe and right at home with her. We sat talking about their routines while they rubbed up against her leg and purred loudly while she pet them! Our older cat takes a little CBD treat each night and Mimi easily got him to take it so that both he and our other cat were just calm and peaceful when we arrived home. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
