“Karollyne follows instructions super well & is genuinely caring for my cats. When it was too cold and I had my window open, she closed it so that my kitties will not catch a cold. It’s the small details that matter! I would definitely book with her again.”
“Molly was great! She was able to help me out very last minute and took great care of my cat, Daphne. She spent some time playing with her every visit and sent the best pictures and updates. Thank you!!”

About: I always take into account the priorities of the pet owner to ensure that I give the best care to their pets. I want to provide the best care for them so I ask detailed questions. That way the pets are getting the best care possible! I am currently in grad school full time and not working, so this will be my only other priority. I can be flexible as long as I have a day's worth of notice I ask detailed questions in order to ensure that I take care of the pets as per the owner's request. That way both of us are on the same page.

I’m happy to discuss specific scheduling needs during our meet and greet. I provide calm, attentive care for pets in their own home. For cats, this includes maintaining clean litter areas, following feeding schedules, refreshing water, and giving gentle attention. I monitor behavior and wellbeing to make sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. Visits are mostly in the evenings and weekends, and I’m happy to discuss specific routines during the meet and greet

“Joni is just amazing!! Our pup Milo loves Joni. She walks Milo 3 days a week and helps us out in a pinch. We get great updates from her. She’s helped Milo learn how to go on little bike runs with her and tires our little boy out when needed! She’s also so patient with Milo. We love her and recommend her for all your puppy needs :))))”

“Jade was exceptional! Her communication and photos the whole time were perfect and she bonded so well with my cat. I would absolutely work with Jade again the next time I need a cat sitter. She asked questions and got to know my cat and her habits during our meet and greet and followed all instructions we left perfectly!”

About: I have always loved animals but was unable to start owning my own dogs until about 11 years ago. I've had two different pit bulls but have been the proud owner of my Puggle, Mama, for the longest time out of the three. Her owner was about to surrender her to the pound so I jumped in and re-homed her. Over the years, I learned a lot about puppies, walking, training, feeding, dog behavior and veterinary care. My dogs have ranged in age from under one to over 13 so I have experience with dogs of all ages. I am accustomed to walking dogs in all kinds of weather also! I don't have a yard but there is a park very close to my house where I can walk your dog(s). Your pooch will have no shortage of love, companionship and playtime! I also can administer medication if needed. I am currently working from home so I will be able to provide plenty of attention and follow routines with ease. I do go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and other than that if I leave the house I'm not gone for long. I am able to schedule errands/outings around caring for your pet. I do not have a yard but I live less than a block away from a park that is pet friendly. I am accustomed to walking a dog daily and anticipating his or her needs because I have owned a dog for years. However, my dog Mama, is a semi-permanent resident at my parents' house in Delaware so I am able to provide undivided attention to your pet(s). I don't have children or any other pets in the house. I typically do not allow pets on the couch or in my bed but I can put a cover on the couch if need be and pets can sleep on a dog bed in my room at night.
“Kayla was absolutely WONDERFUL with our two cats. Our cats are still acclimating to one another, and not only did she spend time with each of them but she did an amazing job at having them play together, listening to them if they had enough, and overall giving them many positive bonding experiences with each other. I also have a much more involved feeding routine/schedule for them than most people, and she followed everything perfectly. I always looked forward to her reports and pictures, and she was very thorough on her stay and how the cats were acting/feeling. I'm 100% sure they will miss her (especially Filo) and I will definitely call on Kayla again in the future!”

About: I grew up with and took care of a sweet and energetic yorkipoo named Milo. He passed away a few of years ago at 15 with dementia and nerve issues. I also lived with an elderly, blind maltese-bichon mix, Coco for three years and helped take care of her as well. I am comfortable and experienced with older dogs that require more medical attention but am more than happy to help with younger pups as well! I also have some experience cat-sitting for friends. I am currently on summer break, so my schedule is pretty flexible! I am especially available during weekdays at any time. However, I am available many weekends as well. I like to give pets ample attention and whatever each individual pet needs. I know each pet is different and I will adapt to your pet’s personality whether that’s high energy or more calm.
About: I have many experience taking care of pets. I want pets to have a great experience. Therefore, I take the experience of pets very seriously. For Summer, I have a lot of availability. I cannot wait to take care of your dog or cat! I look forward to providing the best care possible for your loved one. I am very understanding and know how important pets are. Therefore, I would like to know how I can provide the best care for your pet.
About: Since birth, I grew up around all different kinds of animals. I’ve raised 3 beautiful pit bulls and lab mix while also having the opportunity to dog sit friends pets from Golden Retriever’s to Yorkies. I am currently going to school part-time so I have plenty of free time to watch over your pets! My schedule is very flexible and easy to work around. I have a fenced backyard as well as front yard. I love playing fetch with my dog while also playing tag. After tricks, she loves receiving her treats.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and patience I have for animals. I have experience caring for both playful puppies and senior dogs with special needs. I’m attentive, gentle, and always focused on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and happy. I’m also familiar with basic training, giving medications, and making sure every pet feels loved like they’re part of the family. Pet care is a big part of my everyday life because of my two dogs, Bobby and Dutch. They’ve taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and being present. My daily routine already includes early morning walks, feeding schedules, cleaning up, and plenty of playtime and cuddles. Caring for them has made me naturally organized and attentive to the needs of other pets. Whether it’s a puppy full of energy or a senior dog needing a slower pace, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and part of the family. Whether caring for pets in my home or my client’s, I prioritize making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow their usual routine closely including meals, walks, potty breaks, and playtime while creating a calm, pet-friendly environment. I’m experienced with crate training and can help reinforce good habits, making sure pets feel secure in their space. I’m also comfortable administering medications when needed, carefully following instructions to ensure their health and well-being. I keep everything clean, provide regular updates to owners, and treat every pet like family. Thanks to Bobby and Dutch, I understand the importance of patience, structure, and lots of love in pet care.
“Junhui was excellent with our two cats. She followed all the instructions very carefully and was respectful of the facts that we have extremely shy cats, who aren't trustworthy of everyone. She took care feeding them and making sure everything was comfortable for them in our absence. Definitely recommend her!”

Irene did a great job caring for our cat George! This was our first time booking with her for a 5 day trip. George was comfortable with her and we had no issues. Irene was very communicative, sent lots of pictures and followed all of our instructions. We look forward to booking her again!

naveah was a great care giver for my cat and gave me so much peace of mind while away for work. she’s extremely communicative, prompt, and attentive to my requests and changes to schedule when they arose. grateful to have found her and will be using her services again ✨

Joni was a wonderful sitter for Tigger! She communicated well throughout the stay and took great care of him — including giving him his medication and gently comforting him when he was scared. The only minor hiccup was with the Rover card check-in timing (either forgetting or tapping a bit too early), but that’s a small thing. Overall, I’d highly recommend her and would definitely book again!

Rebecca did a wonderful job taking care of our two cats giving them treats, probiotics, and lots of love. Even our more shy cat warmed up to her quickly. Rebecca kindly vacuumed up the cat hair a few times also which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to booking with her again!

Mario has been such a reliable and caring sitter for my cat, Mits. He’s always willing to help—even with last-minute requests—which I really appreciate. I can tell Mits is genuinely happy to see him, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. It’s clear Mario truly cares about the pets he looks after, and I’m very grateful to have someone so dependable checking in on Mits!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
